I had a wonderful experience placing my balloon order. The staff you had yesterday were super helpful. I spent probably an hour choosing the perfect balloons. I placed the order for 5PM pickup.I arrived at 5:45 today and one employee had the most expensive balloon I bought tied around her wrist. The other employee was blatantly rude to me and said I was late so she was popping the balloons. There were several already missing from the order. The one tied around the employees wrist got put back in my order with the scraggly loop still in the ribbon. I had to go pick out the missing latex balloons. Im very upset after spending so long yesterday picking them out and feeling rushed to do it over again. The balloons look awful. My friend deserves better for her birthday.Nobody tried to call me to let me know they were going to be popped. Im a pretty regular shopper at Party City and I will NEVER shop at ANY of your stores again. I am so disappointed.

Ordered the delivery service for multiple inflated balloons & cutlery/serving utensils, etc.Two hour delivery window. First part of the order arrived 15 minutes into the window. Perfect!Received an email that the order was delivered in full. Unfortunately the balloons weren’t delivered.Went up to the store after two phone calls.They offered to fulfill the (large & inconvenient) order before they closed AND threw in an extra life size character balloon for the trouble.I’m almost crying because of the amazing (in-store) courtesy & service.Don’t know what’s going on with the delivery guy.Don’t order delivery. Just to in person. They’re doing great & working hard for your party! 🎈

Let me tell you about AUSTIN at this store! He was amazing and such a helpful person. He was kind and attentive to my needs.I had gone to 4 other stores before making it to the Flower Mound Party City, where I had an amazing experience. Thank you Austin for your excellent customer service.

Went in on a Saturday at 2pm and needed 2 Mylar balloons filled. Manager said they cant do any walk ins. Its 2 balloons and takes 45 seconds. I didnt even mind waiting, they just flat out said no. A small amount of customer service would have easily avoided the negative review. On the good side, I called Lewisville Party City and their manager told me it wouldnt be a problem to squeeze me in since it is just 2 balloons.

Charles was by far the best employee in that whole store. His other employees...not so much. But Charles went above and beyond to help my best friend and I look for a particular birthday balloon for her daughters 11th & he did not stop until he found it!! Thank you for you impeccable customer service Charles!!

Hands down the best location! We always do themed birthdays and have lots of balloons. We just normally use a different location. I am so glad we switched the this one!! I had graduation and birthday back to back for my kids. Not a single issue with either balloon order. I even changed the time and day for one. The employees clearly enjoy working there. They are incredibly friendly and efficient, this is the only location we will use now!! :)

I came by here today to check to see if they had graduation banners and balloons. I was able to park fairly close to the door. I noticed that the area has two handicap parking spots available near the front. There are markers on the floor for appropriate social distancing. The staff at this location were very helpful.

I really have to give these employees here some credit. I came in so last min asking for a gender reveal balloon. Not only did these employees accommodate me but were so nice about it. They were just so sweet and kind and I truly appreciated them for getting me out of this bind!

Prices are high, service very slow. They so have a lot of helium ballons....

I’ve been here twice in 3 months have they have very little inventory on balloons. They have a ton hanging on the wall but they don’t actually have them in stock. I even tried online and every character i looked at was out of stock for the majority of the theme. The store in Frisco seems to have plenty. Not sure what’s going on but for the sake of constant disappointment I’ll just keep going to Frisco.

Team went above and beyond to make sure my son had a great birthday! Even during the historic ice storm and covid they came through for us. I am so grateful to this store--theyve got a customer for life!

My purchase was exactly what I needed it.

Little pricey but a large, fun selection of cool stuff.

The store had a good selection. Employees greeted is upon entry. They were young, and lacked in knowledge and customer service skills, but they were sweet. Some items were fairly priced and others were not. I will continue to shop at PC when it is a need, but prefer to seek out better buys.

I placed an online order for balloons and it didnt get to the store. Dont think the local store has control of that so was frustrated but didnt blame them. The staff figured out what was going on, quickly got the balloons together. They worked as a team and all jumped in, unlike some places where one person helps and everyone else watches. They were friendly and helpful. Greeted people coming in while still helping me. Liked how they worked as a team to remedy the issue. They always have what I need. And balloons were foil and didnt fall even though Ive had that happen other places. Would definitely go back here!

A little over priced in balloons, thats why I give it 4 stars. Only 80 dollars later and we had everything we needed for my daughters birthday party. Everything except for the cake! She was thrilled with the light up balloons. They didnt stay up very long though.

Needed to return/exchange a costume. It wasnt a problem. The customer service, even though it was super busy, was really, really good. The two associates that helped me were super friendly.

Party stuff - cheap, disposable stuff for parties and events. Most prices are reasonable, most staff are helpful, wait times to check out are mostly not bad.Sorry, wish I could be more positive, but thats how I see it.

My favorite place to go for all party needs. Costumes, party supplies, candies, cards, balloons, and so much more! Whether you are having a childs party or an adult party you can find nearly all things needed.

Mainly come here for Halloween, this last year was underwhelming for it but thats not all the store is. The amount of random things you might need here is astounding. Store is clean, well maintained and stocked, no problems with the staff. Competitive prices.

Sweet person ordered costumes from the back, but by the time all 7 of us chose a costume (15 min) they had all been put away and we were told we needed to start over. No time for that. No costumes.

I came to Party City to buy some balloons for my sons second birthday party, but the only thing I left with was a newfound hatred for that stupid store.I approached the counter and asked the young man working there if he could help me purchase some balloons, but he rudely informed me they were out of helium. I asked him if I could just buy some of the pre-inflated balloons they had on display, but he told me they werent for sale and that they were exclusively for display. Hmmmm....alright? As I frustratingly made my way to the exit, a polite employee approached me, apologized for the inconvenience, and reaffirmed my option to go to the Denton location, for they had helium. I politely declined and continued my path towards the exit, when she stops me once more and excitedly exclaims, wait! you can buy some of THIS helium, as she points to at least two dozen unopened tanks of retail packaged helium stacked neatly on the floor, the cheapest option being $44.99 + tax.So, just so Im understanding this correctly: Party City refused to sell me balloons for my 2-year-old sons birthday party because they were out of helium, yet they had TONS of tanks of helium for sale at $45+/tank? I wonder how many $12 balloons a $45 bottle of helium could inflate? Probably enough to turn a pretty lucrative profit, but hey, what do I know about balloon and helium overhead? Guess what I DO know though, Party City? Youve lost my business for life. Good luck peddling your overpriced junk.

Its a Party City. Chaos unimaginable. They do have a huge selection though, and the store is always clean and organized, which is unheard of for these types of stores.

Lots of party supplies and it was very well organized. I would not call this a costume store though, maybe around Halloween that will change but I didn’t find any.

I went there today and the lady at the register said next person in line so I went up there and she walked off. so I stood there for a few minutes waiting on her to come back and she never did. she was messing with the balloons. I will never go back to that location again. so I left my stuff sitting on the counter, and walked out. I will make the drive to the one in Lewisville or Irving where they are alot nicer and very helpful.

I can always rely on party city for party supplies that I cannot find in other stores. I can count on the store for theme party supplies. I think it would benefit the store if it provides more information on purchases of inflated balloons such as wait times, pick-ups, and special request. Wait times at the cashier tends to be long if the staff are working on other customers balloon orders or inflating balloons.

I placed an order online and scheduled the pickup 5 or 6 days out. When I went to pick it up, the balloons werent ready, the paper plates and what not, werent ready. They said the person that my order was assigned to got sick so thats why it wasnt done. Sorry that the person is sick but thats not my problem. Surely they couldve delegated it to someone else. Anyway, what shouldve been a run in and pick it up thing turned into a 45 minute debacle. So disappointed in the level of service.
