Called to set up appointment for Yvonne to come look at home, she sent me quotes on the workneeded. Satisfied with quotes, every time I talked to her she said she was not in office to lookwhen I would be scheduled, said she would call me the next day. No call, so I call her again, get same story, not in office to see schedule I will call you tomorrow. Well, those tomorrow’s never came.Glad she did not set my home up to be serviced, found a better price from another local Home CleaningCompany, they do a terrific job, email you an invoice, call two days before they are scheduled to tellyou the expected time they will arrive. Go on with their work, now they do all my new builds andsecondary market homes move outs, all my new builds move ins, and my own personal homes.I would not recommend Cox’s Cleaning to anyone, all you get is a big speech and a no show after that.The 15-20 homes I own for rentals are being cleaned by a company that does not lie to their clientsabout calling back. Friendly, responsive and incredibly reliable. We’ve used Cox for moving cleans, regular service and “special” cleans. Staff couldn’t be nicer and are always willing to work with you on timing, needs and help find a price option that works. Always punctual and extremely professional. Probably the best cleaning service we’ve found in the area in the last 15 years.

Excellent company to work with. The personnel are very professional and friendly. They have a key to our home and we never have any concerns about care of our property; completely honorable. We have used them for close to 20 years. Very flexible if we need to change a date or time. Always do a very nice job but if we ever have a small complaint it is fixed immediately. So grateful for having people who are so dependable and and more like friends than employees.

We used Cox Cleaning for over 5 years at our previous office. Out current office has an onsite janitorial staff or we would still be with Cox. Kathy their manager was great with scheduling and quality assurance. The husband and wife team that cleaned our office weekly had a schedule where they deep cleaned things in rotation along with the regular cleaning. We had a full kitchen and bathroom that they kept very clean and sanitized for us. They also did a deep clean including hauling away trash and debris of a small warehouse space we took over.

Ive had this company clean for me several times, and they get worse every time. They never sweep or mop the bathrooms. They dont dust anything. When you try to politely ask them to do what is expected of them, they claim not to understand what youre saying. The price is way too high for how little they do. The management does nothing to make it better when you call with a complaint. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
