The Perfect Workout is the very best method I have found to meet my personal workout needs. I am a busy professional with a sometimes crazy schedule. I was searching for something I could stay with considering my situation. The Perfect Workout has been my go-to place for 3 years. Workouts are brief, customized, and the trainers encourage me to get stronger each time I go. Twenty minutes twice a week strength training allows me to maintain my busy schedule with greater stamina and vigor.
This is one of the best workouts and it only takes 20 minutes. I have a lot of aches and pains and I really feel like these workouts minimize how much pain I do have. The trainers are wonderful and I have especially enjoyed having Kent work with me!!
Going to the TPW is absolutely one of the best things you can do for your health. The trainers are terrific and you get one on one instruction with no distractions. And you can work ALL your muscle groups within 20 minutes!
