We cannot say enough about Flores Decorative Concrete LLC! We had a stamped concrete patio that we had built about seven years ago. Admittedly, we did not have the patio resealed or maintained and it was looking ROUGH! We requested a quote via the company website and immediately had a response! Once we were ready to start, The crew was prompt, thorough, and did an excellent job in restoring our 700 square-foot patio. We were impressed with the attention to detail and the time they spent ensuring we were happy. I am confident when I say that Flores Decorative Concrete did better than our original contractor!!! I called to inquire about some stamped concrete repair and briefly described the damage to Sergio. He rudely replied how am I going to charge you, I have a business and pay taxes”. instead-of professionally explaining he had a minimum charge. My point is I might have considered paying his minimum charge if he hadn’t been so unprofessional and rude!

Sergio and Flores Decorative Concrete reapplied the concrete expansion joint filler on our patio recently. His price was a bit high compared to others, but his company was highly recommended by a neighbor of ours. While filling the joints around one of our stone benches, they covered some drainage holes with the filler. My wife pointed out the error but he said he never saw the holes and that it shouldn’t be a problem. After completing the job, he “lost” the original check payment we gave him. We’ve never had a contractor lose a check before. Sergio asked for another check and requested that we deduct whatever associated bank fees we would incur. We cautiously proceeded to give him another check and followed his instructions (contact the bank to stop payment on the first check, inquire about bank fees, deduct those fees from total payment and write a new check with the new balance). He accepted the new check and new balance. Afterwards, we contacted him with photos of the water that had accumulated because of the holes he covered. We kindly requested that he come back out to clear the holes, but he refused and expressed his anger for the revised payment amount (that he’d caused by losing the check and then suggesting we write a new one minus any bank charges). Very unprofessional and irresponsible. We had some more extensive concrete work in mind for him, but we will search for another more honest and reliable contractor after this incident.

Never did business with Sergio but WOW did he ever respond quickly with a visit to my house and with a thorough estimate. I am a fan.

Tried to get an estimate, person that I was talking to said there was a minimum charge of $1,200. They must be very proud of their work. Person not very helpful. As a consumer, I was trying to get ideas and options, but I got the impression I was wasting his time. At the end he said if I didnt know what I wanted, he couldnt help me. I said okay, thank you very much and he replied good bye. Wow!!! Getting qoutes some where else

Fantastic job! Very professional and attention to detail perfect. Sergio and his crew are extremely knowledgeable and follow up completely. With bad past experiences with concrete work I couldn’t be happier with their work. With a small job or a very large job I’ve had done it is perfect!

Our stamped concrete in the courtyard was 10 years old. We contacted Sergio to get an estimate on replacing or resurfacing. He informed us that resurfacing was the way to go and much more cost-effective. We found him extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. He and his crew came in, got the job done and it looks great. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

I CANNOT say enough GOOD about Sergio and his crew!!! He drove over an hour to our house in Greenville. He ALWAYS came when he said he would be there. He stayed in touch. He did extra detail work and didn’t charge more. He was the second bid I got and his bid was $10,000 cheaper!!!!!! He poured new concrete, then scored and painted 1400 square foot total of old and new concrete on our back patio and around the pool. Although, he warned us that there could be a color variation because of the old and new concrete, it all came out the same! Perfect!! He even came out 2 days earlier then scheduled due to weather on the last phase. I’ll update the picture when the patio project is complete. A man of his word! His crew even swept our driveway after delivering concrete. They never left a mess behind. Wonderful people. I wish I could tell the world to look no further when looking for someone to do decorative concrete work! The best experience w a contractor I’ve ever had.

OMG, Total Transformation. The crew came out, took input from me, gave me exactly what I wanted, and transformed my house into a palace. They expanded the driveway, poured a front porch, and extended my back porch significantly. My existing flat work was exposed aggregate, so I thought that would be hard to match, but the leveling, gravel size, and seems were perfect. The stain came out over-the-top good. I get compliments from all my neighbors. Legit curb appeal.

Sergio just finished stripping, power washing and resealing our 25 year old stamped concrete patio and walkway. We had called two other companies who came out and measured but never got back with us for a bid.I called Sergio and he came out the next morning to measure. I had a bid that afternoon and he started the job the next morning. He and his crew arrived on the job promptly and were very careful in stripping and resealing. The concrete looks just like it did when it was originally installed.Sergio even came back to stain and seal a small strip in front of our front door that was part of the foundation but that we wanted to match the stamped concrete step next to it. Sergio came and looked at the job back in December and provided me with a quote. We scheduled for late March and due to weather we moved it to April 9th Monday. Sergio and team arrived Monday morning 7:30 am and on Tuesday 5 pm they were done. We also resealed some slate overlay stamped areas and touched up some chipped areas. They did a great job and I feel fair price for the size and area.

Sergio Flores was the only person willing to come out and take a look at my poorly constructed cement patio and offer a solution. Was the only contractor on our job that we feel didn’t do quality work. We honestly didn’t care about the floors and weren’t picky at all about stains not matching around the surrounding stained concrete. But the durability of the new stain seal compared to all the other stained/sealed concrete floors in our shop is surprisingly really poor. Also, Sergio insisted on doing stain and seal right after demo of the floors instead of at the end of the job, which was not ideal.

We were VERY impressed with Flores Decorative Concrete! We called a week ago to inquire about services for stripping our painted concrete patio and resurfacing with a cool deck product. Sergio returned our call immediately and set up a time to give us an estimate. He arrived within 2 days and was very friendly and professional. Sergio restained our backyard stamped concrete patio. (1600 sq. ft) Excellent work,on time and on budget.

I had my patio cleaned and stained by Sergio. He was prompt in accepting the work. He kept pushing me towards doing the acid stain even though I requested multiple times for overlay.After the job is complete it does not have anywhere close to the look on the pictures he showed. Since my concrete had an older slab on the middle it looks just as odd after the staining job as it did before.I should have been a bit more patient and gone with another estimate from another highly rated contractor for overlay. It would have cost me about 30% more but I would have had a much better result
