I had checked out 2 other dry cleaners in the area last minute on Friday morning for my wedding proposal on Saturday night. All other cleaners, including GK, told me it would be Monday before it would be done. After explaining the situation, they agreed to help me out and in 5 hours it was ready for pick up. Exceptional customer service with the best part being...she said yes!

Above and beyond service! GKS Cleaners stepped up during a time of grief in my family. Preparing for my father-in-laws funeral found me in a bind when my regular cleaners were unable to do 24 hour dry cleaning due to a change in their schedule. The jacket my father-in-law wore at every family wedding for years was cleaned and pressed on the same day by GKs to be worn at one last family gathering... Thank You!

Jill was so helpful when I needed advice on altering a dress for my daughter. They recently steamed my wedding dress and placed it in a keepsake box, I am forever grateful! Wow - would just like to say above all expectations for service. I recently went into get my clothes, and unfortunately someone else had picked up my pants. I had to catch a flight within an hour without my pants. They not only corrected mistake, they wanted to go to the store and buy a pair of pants for me and bring to the airport.Nice to see that the good old Exceed customer expectations is still around.Thank you Lisa and all the staff at the Flower Mound location.
