This was our second year going out in the 20 person sleigh and our whole family raves about it all year long. It is such a magical, memorable experience. The driver was outstanding and the ride was an absolute dream. We will do this every year from here on out. Worth every penny! Great experience. There was an issue with the carriage we booked, but they upgraded us to a larger carriage so we could still have our ride. Both gentlemen were kind and very polite. We enjoyed the calmness of Lakeside over the loudness off a Dallas ride we had previously been on. Would highly recommend them!

We had a large family gathering to look at Christmas lights and when the night was rained out they were so accommodating for us. We had much better luck the second time and was able to fill their carriage. We will definitely be looking to book with this company for the coming Christmas!!

They are no longer in coppell, moved to lakeside, but they really cant get their act together. Made a reservation for the family when my mother was in town. The receipt still says to go to old town coppell, even though they moved, not really a big deal but I should have been my tip off that things were not going to go smoothly. We showed up for our appointment and no one was there. We called the company and they said that we werent on the books, even though I had a confirmation number. We rescheduled for the next day, but that ended up being cancelled due to weather, which is understandable, however, they didnt alert us to the fact that it was cancelled until a half an hour before and you are asked to be there 15 minutes prior to your ride. So, I have now made two trips that were worthless. We rescheduled for yet a third time and guess what, no one was there. We called again and they claimed they expected us to call back from the second time. We had confirmed with them what day we would be there and they gave us the option to call if we wanted to do it earlier, but we told them we wanted to do it in the night we asked for and we would be there. So, three strikes and your out. Wont be back.

Our family every year takes the kids on a Christmas holiday light tour. We all have so much fun seeing all the Christmas lights in old town coppell. My sons favorite part is when he sees the huge sleigh pull up and he gets to meet Santa. The location is conveniently located in the heart of dfw (Dallas Ft Worth). The staff are friendly and the carriages were clean. I think everyone should make Pleasures Past Carriages a family tradition.
