Jared was a great person. He wen the extra mile with everything and made sure it was all clean in a timely manner as well. I would recommend him and Clean Master to anyone.

Jared was the consummate professional. He telephone 30 minutes before his arrival, explained what cleaning two area rugs would accomplish, and completed the work rapidly. The results are excellent!

Carpet Masters did a GREAT job cleaning my carpets! We had some pet stains and they spent extra time to ensure that the area was cleaned to my satisfaction. They were very responsive and the quality of their work was second to none. I’ve used many cleaners in the past, but none as detailed and efficient as Adam and his team! GREAT company! Wonderful people who do quality work and they pay attention to detail. I needed a carpet repair in two rooms and Phil did a fantastic job. The repairs blended in so nicely - you cant tell there was ever an issue with my carpet. An overall pleasant experience and I will definitely be using Carpet Masters in the future.

We use these guys regularly to keep our carpets in good shape. They have always been professional, courteous and on-time for appointments. We did get a robo call from some company claiming to be these guys - but I checked it out and the caller is not affiliated with them. These guys have been a local small business for years - and highly reputable. We recommend them with 5-stars.

Most of these negative reviews are related to a different company in a totally different area of Texas. My company is in the same industry and he has also been honest & professional whenever I dealt with Carpet Masters of Flower Mound.

I’ve done business with Adam and his crew for years. They are on time-careful with the furniture in my house-take their time to do a thorough job-clean up and double check to make sure I’m satisfied. And folks...that’s with four large dogs living in the house! Carpet Masters ROCK!

I thought I was posting for the Carpet Masters in Waco Texas. I searched carpet cleaning on Google,found Carpet Masters. They were on time, friendly and did a great job on cleaning my carpets. The price was reasonable for the work conducted. I will use them again in the future.

Carpet Masters is proudly using robocalls to harass you at home. Do them a favor in return.I held on to talk to a live person, as soon as I asked to unsubscribe - she hung up without a word. So kind and thoughtful - they called me!

My number is on the do not call list. In the past 2 weeks Ive received 11 robocalls from this company. I have very politely asked to be taken off their list, but they just hang up on me. This is not a company I will ever do business with.

WHEN YOU CALL THE NUMBER BACK ITS EITHER BUSY OR A NON WORKING NUMBER. BEWARE, THE FTC IS INVESTIGATING THEM I HAVE SPOKEN TO A SUPV FROM THERE. WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!!DO NOT USE THEM!!!I work from home and these people made me cancel my schedule TWICE and said my house was too far and their technician couldnt make it. Im 11 minutes away and they didnt even had the courtesy to call and let me know they wouldnt show up. The people I spoke to were very unprofessional and rude and I was told to go do business elsewhere if I didnt want them to reschedule for a third time!!!
