I sent in my documents to get our personal taxes done (plus a prior year which included a small business) and received and email right away saying they would start working on my taxes. Over a MONTH later I had not heard from them so I followed-up and not only had they NOT started, they asked me for additional documents. How long would my docs have sat on someones desk had I not called? Why didnt they tell me that they needed additional information sooner? So frustrating! I asked them to mail back my documents, which they did. I did not get an email, note or phone call with an apology or explanation. I guess they have bigger and better customers to service and dont need little old me.

People here are very nice. However if you are a very small business like mine you need a CPA that can work with you one on one. If you give this people the wrong information they will charge you extra, if you pay them with a credit card they will bump up the invoice an extra 60-100 depending on the mood they are in with out notice or disclosure.

I couldnt have asked for more timely service from another CPA firm in DFW. They understood my particular financial situation and dealt with it accordingly, saving me loads in taxes. Whenever someone asks for stellar accounting support, I will be sure to recommend them to Williams & Kunkel in the future.
