I called this company for an appointment to repair one very minor dent on my SUV. I hung up on the rude employee as soon as he said “My life is especially more difficult when the damage is caused by the customer!”. What more is their to say at that point? I definitely wouldn’t want to make anybody’s life more difficult. As well, I wouldn’t want to pay extra because the very minor damage was caused by myself. The employee certainly has the wrong mindset. He should just be happy to have such stable work. Otherwise, he should get into a different profession.

Met Joe yesterday to repair a dent in my SUV.s hood. Hood turned out to be aluminum which required extra time and effort, but he did not complain. Joe took his time and did an amazing job of getting the hood back to normal. Hes like an experienced surgeon who has all the tools and knows his trade.
