Martin and sons did an amazing job on our house. We had new gutters, windows and siding installed and they went above and beyond on everything! When there were a couple things we wanted to adjust they more than willingly went out of their way to not only adjust them but to exceed our expectations. I would give this company a five star rating any day of the week! They were incredibly easy to work with and have exceptional customer service!

I received 5 different bids, by far the most competitve and knew exactly what I wanted for specific type of siding as all others want to sell me James Harding which I didnt want. Martin and Sons, were professional with quality performance in the product and installment. Gregs crew assigned to this project, paid attention to detail and nice to see quality craftsmanship. The crew was great and friendly and cleaned up when completed..It is the only company that know who offers no money down.

Martin and Sons is not only a locally owned company, which I always prefer, but they are heavily invested in our community. We hired them to do our fascia and soffit, and they showed up in a timely fashion, did the work perfectly, and cleaned up so you were unable to tell we had workers here. We have found that is not always the case, so it was appreciated. At a later date, we had a problem arise, having nothing to do with their work, and they promptly came out and addressed it for us. I have recommended this company to all of my family and friends!!!

We did our do diligence and solicited quotes from three different companies to have our soffits and fascia enclosed on our home. Two companies sent out inexperienced sales reps. With Martin and Sons we met the owners. Their quote was the lowest using superior materials. Their communication was fantastic answering the dozens of questions we had about the process. We developed an immediate level of trust with them to the point that when we decided to also have our siding replaced we did not solicit additional quotes-there was really no need! Their work was excellent-both John and Jeff Martin were on site during the whole project and made sure the work was performed to their exceptional standards by their outstanding crew. Their attention to the smallest details to ensure the final product was excellent further reinforced our decision to work with them in the first place. I recently had a portion of my soffit trim detach from the rear of my house due to my feathered friends (sparrows) who had been nesting off and on the last few months. This was my first claim ever on my house and I was referred by my neighbor to Martin and Sons.Spoke with John (one of the owners) about how I had a leak coming in from my bath ceiling. They were out the same day putting a tarp on my roof because another rain and wind storm was on its way the next day.Throughout the whole process he was explaining the claim and insurance process since, my insurance company did not.He kept in communication with me throughout the process and weather was going to be nice even to get my roof done.On top of that his employee Dan was probably one of the most friendly people I had met. He also, answered additional questions I had. Its so hard to find good customer service these days. There customer service IS OVER AND BEYOND! We could really use more companys like Martin and Sons.I could not be more pleased with my new roof, the color of my roof, how well they cleaned up, and the OVER AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE!

John and his staff were great to work with. Getting the estimate was timely and easy. Setting up a time to have the work done was seamless and flexible and everyone was easy to get ahold of, communicate with and all were very responsive. And in the end the quality of work was very good as well.

I can’t express how grateful I was as a first time home owner that I felt trust right away as if it was family. I knew the guys cared and let’s be honest, weren’t going to screw me over. Martin & Sons recently completed a siding job at my home in Florissant. I have an old two-story home that was in dire need of a face lift and Martin & Sons provided the much needed improvement.I emailed Martin & Sons and requested a siding bid and then John Martin promptly responded to my request. He visited my home and provided me and my husband with siding and shutter samples and answered our questions. We made our selections, then John sent us a quote a few days later. We accepted and signed the contract, then a few weeks later the materials were delivered to our house and the work began a day or two after that.The entire job only took about one week and the crew was very professional and courteous. They started every morning and worked full 8-10 hour days. They had to take a day off because of rain, but otherwise they worked consecutive days (except for Sunday) until the job was 100% complete.We couldn’t be happier with the work that was done and we have absolutely no complaints or criticisms. They made our siding project easy, were great to work with, and they didn’t expect to be paid until the work was completed. They were here for a week and never disturbed us or interfered with our normal routine. They were respectful of our dogs and ensured our back yard gate was kept closed while they worked on the back of the house.We were amazed as we watched our house change from day-to-day. The siding and shutters look amazing and we’ve received a LOT of positive feedback. The house looks like it’s new and like a totally different house.Martin & Sons are also roofing and window installers, so I imagine we’ll request their services again down the road. We try to use local businesses and we’re really happy that Martin & Sons are in Florissant. I can’t say enough good things about them. I would absolutely recommend doing business with Martin & Sons.
