Leaving reviews is not something I normally do but felt the need to do so.My brother recently passed and we chose to go through a different cremation service orginally that ended up being unprofessional, lacked communication, and was dismissive.Natalie was very professional, understanding, and went above and beyond to make us feel at ease during this uneasy time. For that I cant thank her enough.
