I was very pleased with there service, they were patient with me because I had somethings I had to do before I could file. Mrs.Kimber was very up front with me about what I had to do, how long it would take. Once I got everything together the process went smoothly.

So I called in today asking for information on how bankruptcy works. I gave him a bit of details about what was going on and I asked him how the process works so if I file did I need to do this did I have to go all the way through with it or just could I file and then figure it out. The gentleman on the phone was flat-out rude and was like well were a reputable company and I have no interest in discussing this anymore with you and hung up on me. He was rude and I can see why they only have a three-star review on here. This is coming from somebody who literally only has $600 in debt and was just asking for basic questions on how it worked how you filed and what happened after you filed. So sorry he was not intelligent enough to answer my questions. Do not use them. Terrible.
