Finally an honest Home service company! After central air came out spent 5 min diagnosis for a $890 services(bad furnace board)B & B did their diagnosis spent 30+ min and verified it was not, fixed the problem at the fraction of the cost.Very professional technician with an honest company B&B now has my HVAC business for life.

I was in the process of selling my house and had to have my HVAC cleaned and serviced as a request of the buyers so decided to go with B&B Heating & Cooling. When I went to check on their work a day after them servicing and cleaning my HVAC unit the place was a WRECK, they left dirt everywhere. As you can see in the pictures, DIRT was SMEARED all over my new door that was just installed and someone had wiped their dirty hand all over the wall! I asked to have them come out and clean their mess, but they refused and said it was my fault that the furnace was so dirty. I would not recommend them to anyone, they left the place much dirtier than what it was before they arrived and refused to clean anything up. LOOK AT THE PICTURES!

They were quick to answer, plus they were thorough in their explanation of why I needed the work done they suggested. Its nice that they cared enough to talk me through it. The way they focused on my repair youd have thought I was their only customer even though based on all the other calls they were getting I certainly am not. I have used them twice in the past and Mike and his team are always top notch. One other thing is they kept a tidy job site and to me that also speaks to their care and quality of work. I 100% recommend them from the simplest inspection to the most complex part of their trade.

I called for some to give me a quote to replace my a.c. unit. The lady on the phone took all my information. Name,phone,address,etc. Told me to hold on and a few seconds later hung up the phone. I waited thinking they would call back since they had all my info. A week later and still no call back. At this point even if they did try to call me back I would not use their service for ANY THING. I will spend my money elsewhere!

On 1/18/2021 I had a furnace replaced by B&B Heating & Cooling guys. They were friendly, punctual, knowledgeable and answered my many questions about the new system. I did check the BBB prior to hiring them for the job and they had an A+ rating. So this also gave me confidence that I was hiring a professional company. The initial estimate came through one of the actual owners who came to my home inspected and sat down with me to assess the old furnace and gave me pros/cons of his recommended choice for a replacement furnace, which also made an impact on my choice of bids. How many owners of a company do that? Once the installation was completed the technicians showed me how to operate it and then another person came and installed my WiFi thermostat and walked me through its operation. All in all I was pleased with their performance while in my home. As a RN I help guide my clients with information, education and use a lot of patience when teaching them about a new medications or treatments to ensure they understand as much as possible whats important and what to look out for. I feel that B&B did that for me with my furnace. So check them out and consider B&B for your HVAC needs you wont be disappointed. B&B did a great job and my house is nice and toasty again!!

B&B has been my go-to HVAC company for about five years now, across three different homes in the City. They have consistently been reliable, professional, and prompt. Weve contracted them to install a new mini split, as well as service existing thermostats, furnaces, and condensers - probably a dozen or more service calls throughout the years. Their processes for scheduling and invoicing are miles ahead of their competitors and their prices are fair. You can trust that the service will be done correctly, on the first visit, and for a good value. Keep it up, B&B! :)

Today I had B&B Heating and Cooling technician John come out to my home he was very polite and pleasant he put on booties he talked to me about the finding of my furnace. He make sure that my safety was very important as to what was going on with my furnace and will be assisting me in putting in a different furnace I will have to say that experience was great Im glad that I did choose this company.

They cleaned every conceivable component on my system and then checked everything. Very reasonably priced service and component replacement. The serviceman was very professional and knowledgeable. We have been using B&B for 15 years. We had tried other repair places but this is this first one we trust completely. We have an hvac unit that is in a tight closet. We kept having problems with it. Other companies would come in and fix the problem at about $300 per trip but we would have it happen again a year or so later. B&B came in and fixed it too for about the same $300 but also suggested a simple $200 solution to correct the cause of the problem once and for all. The unit hasnt had that issue since. They have had our respect since then. If they tell you that something needs done, you can count on the fact that it is an honest and accurate assessment. There are many times they could have made more money from us but they havent. I have asked for their opinion about what I should do and they give their unbiased opinion. Besides the honesty aspect, they are on time or even early. If they have a delay, they keep in contact with you. B&B is the kind of repair place that you keep for life.

I use B&B annually for preventive maintenance on my HVAC system. They are always on time, efficient and professional. Ive refereed them to friends and family for emergency work and they too have been pleased with the service received. While there may be other good companies out there, this is the only HVAC company I will personally use and recommend.

Our furnace stopped working this morning (12/21/19), so I called B&B. Matt texted me and, based on the description of my problem, asked me to try a simple fix. I followed his directions and it cured the problem!What I appreciate is the fast response and a suggestion to try to save a service call. If this had been any other company, they would have made it a service call AND charge weekend rates.I have had a new air conditioner installed by them and work done on another house. All reasonable priced and done in a very professional manner.I highly recommend B&B for your heating or cooling needs.

Very pleased with our first experience with B&B Heating and Cooling. Matt B. came out, gave us an estimate, and got us set up to replace the very old HVAC system and water heater (that were in the house when we bought it) replaced in just a few days. The day of service they were prompt and Matt even called Spire out for us because we were having gas pressure issues. Everything looks and is working great. Will definitely use B&B for future HVAC needs.

Yesterday, John S., a technician with B & B Heating & Cooling came to our home to conduct routine annual maintenance on our furnaces. John’s friendly, professional service was simply exceptional. Not only did he complete a thorough check of our system, but recognized that a part of it had been incorrectly configured and he changed the configuration to make our system work even more efficiently than before. Throughout his visit he explained what he was doing, why and answered questions we had. He brought all the tools he needed and wore booties over his shoes to protect our floors from anything he might otherwise have tracked in. It was not only the high quality of service he provided, but the thoughtfulness and high level of intelligence that he evidenced that made me realize this is a guy I want to work on any future heating and cooling work we need done. I have come to learn that this kind of service is typical of B&B Heating & Cooling of Florissant, MO. These are the guys to call when you need this kind of work done.

Couldnt have been happier with B&B!!! We woke up to our furnace not heating up our house warmer than 69 degrees... one call to B&B at 9am and great service by Matt, by 6pm (THE SAME DAY) my house was 75!!! We have used them three times and each time the service improves!!! If you need someone that will be honest, FAST and fix your equipment correctly dont look any further!

We used B&B for the first time yesterday. Our AC unit quit on Sunday evening. Monday morning we called Matt and he said he could get someone out to look at our unit by the end of the day. Relatively quick to come out. Matt the technician was VERY courteous and quickly diagnosed the initial problem with our furnace. He fixed it and double checked and found another issue and adjusted the furnace for maximum effectiveness. Cost was reasonable. Ill continue to use them. EVR

I had a very poor experience with this company today, I dont know if it was the technician Matt in particular or if it is how the company as a whole operates. I had a service call about my air conditioner leaking a small amount of water from the drip pan. Instead of discussing service options he treated it more like an estimate for a $6,000 new furnace and A/C unit. I was left dissatisfied and being charged $70 for what to me felt like him trying to play me as a fool and sell me unnecessary equipment. Whenever I have need my air conditioner serviced, replaced or just general questions at least I know who not to call. I hope others do not have such a terrible experience as I did.

Job was done on schedule. The A/C shut off a couple hours after they left, but the guy came after hours on his personal time and figured out the issue right away, and I have had no issues since. Great service!

AC went out on Mothers day. The shop Ive worked with in the past apparently is now out of business (been five years since I needed any AC/furnace work, luckily) They called back that afternoon and scheduled an appointment for Monday, repairs completed that day. Very friendly on the phone and Matt the tech was friendly, knowledgable and very polite. Cost was a bit less than expected, always a good thing. We will use them again.

Like others have mentioned customer service is key. I called after hours and my call was promptly returned a few minutes later. Scheduled a service call for the next day. Showed up on time and problem was diagnosed within minutes. Had parts with him to correct problem and no upselling/raising the price after the work started. Very professional glad I found someone I can trust.

We were pushing the limits of a 20 year old unit and decided to give B&B Heating and Cooling a try after having a couple of questionable dealings with other HVAC companies in the past. Their positive reviews on google are well warranted and they exceeded our expectations! From the support staff to the owners, you can tell B&B holds themselves in high regards and it shows in their customer service and knowledge of their products! We installed a new unit and could not be happier with the product and installation! We appreciate all the small stuff (cleanup after install, wearing shoe covers inside, courtesy call prior to appt, etc.) as well as taking the time to help my wife and I select the appropriate unit for our needs! Everyone from the owners to the office staff and installers were above and beyond the most professional workers Ive came across in a long time and I would highly recommend their services!! I cant say enough about B&B Heating and Cooling. They came out last minute to work on our furnace and mistakes that had been made when the duct work was installed by a previous company. He was here well into the night, so that he wouldnt leave the job half finished or my family without heat. I expect a pretty hefty bill, it was many hours over the estimated time since they ran into some unexpected problems. The bill was completely reasonable! Any other company would have charged me much more. And they did a wonderful job working out all of the strange problems I inherited when we bought this house. I cant recommend them enough!

I called this company because I thought they were who I called the last few times and really liked. Asked the girl if we had used them before....Oh sure she says. The owner of the company, Mike, eventually comes out......not a guy I had ever met. (Obviously the girl on the phone was lying to get the business) Mike spent 15 minutes (I helped him unscrew stuff, hold some heavy equipment and sprayed some wasps while he worked). Evidently I had a rusted terminal on the compressor not allowing the compressor to fire.....I have fixed this problem before for 2 cents (the cost of crimping on a new terminal end). Mike found a set of wires for 25 dollars and marked them up to 50 dollars and then double charged me for labor. Bill.....235 dollars.....50 dollars for wires I didnt need and 185 dollars for 15 minutes of work. Now I remember why we use Thermatic heating and cooling.....honest guys who are priced fairly.

My name is Martha Ashley. i amat my neighbors house cuz my computer is down. I am so happy with the service i received from B&B Hvac service in Florissant. I was so nervous that i would have to have a new air conditioner. I googled this place and saw they had amazing reviews and man they werent kidding... They were so personable and professional. When Matt(the repairman) came to my house was so friendly and greeted my little dog. He did the diagnostics on my AC n showed me every step of the way. He was able to fix it...thankGod did not need a new AC. My unit was filthy dirty and he didnt even charge me for cleaning it! This company is fair, fast and very upfront! i give them an A+ and 5 star rating. Calll them and ask for Matt...hes the bomb1
