They did a warranty replacement on my back window from another tinting place that used older type tint. Bubbles had appeared and it was covered with warranty. They had me in and out in no time. No charge. Looks great!

Unprofessional! Stopped in for an estimate and details on tinting - They acted like they had Better things to do!!!

After I had the sides and rear windows of my 2020 Tacoma tinted, I discovered a light gap in the rear window when looking through the rear view mirror. I called them and they set an appt to look at it. He agreed about the gap and said that this a common issue with Toyota Tacomas. He offered to retint that window but couldnt guarantee that it might end up looking worse. I chose the MAGIC MARKER method where he colored the glass. He did say that it would come off by cleaning the window. I think it was a lame excuse and have never heard of such a problem especially for a window that is so easily accessible. And if there was such a problem, why didnt he make it aaare to me beforehand?? For peace of mind I anomamosly called other tinting businesss for a quote and if there any particular problems with the Tacoma. There were none as I expected.

Dropped off my car at 12:30 for a 1:00 scheduled appointment. I was told it would only take an hour to an hour and a half. Went back at 3:00 and my car had still not been touched. Was told once again that they were just getting ready to start an hour to an hour and a half max. We sat in the upper lot at another business and watched numerous vehicles arriving after mine and leaving before...my vehicle was the next to last one to leave. I had to spend 5 hours on Black Friday in Florence after being assured it would only take an hour and a half. I scheduled early to avoid rush hour bridge traffic and sure enough I got stuck right in the middle of it! I will never do business with them again!!

This place rocks for window tint. We take all our vehicles here and they are fast and reasonably priced. All of our cars look perfect and we have never had a problem.

The guys seemed professional enough but probably not!! Appointments don’t seem to matter here! Dropped my car at 9am as I was asked to and was told it would take 2 hours. 5 hours later I was able to get my car. I had asked for 35% on front doors and 20% rear doors and back glass and got 35 all around. You may want to consider writing down what you want for them?

Sitting in their shop as I write this review. Had my car tinted, found creases, tears and bubbles. I brought the car back to show them and they were pretty nice and said theyd fix the 3 windows. Made an appointment to have it repaired, received a call that my car was done, when I arrived they had only repaired 2 windows. I showed them the issue on the 3rd window and referenced a few other smaller issues. The installer told me there is no such thing as a perfect tint job and that he has been tinting for 34 years. I would hope after 34 years he would have found the problems before I did, and not call me until the car was ready, so here I am sitting in their office while they re-tint my 3rd window since my ride dropped me off and left.I understand that mistakes happen, but at least address the issues I already showed you before telling me its ready.UPDATE(05-11-19): Headed back for the 3rd time for another issue to be fixed. 1 month and 3 separate trips to get this done. Lets see how it goes, and I will update yet again.UPDATE(06-18-19): Fourth time is a charm. Headed back Friday to get the same 2 windows fixed again.

Pro touch has probably tinted windows on a dozen vehicles of mine. They always do excellent work. Highly recommended.

There are other products on the market. They said theirs was as good as ceramic. Not the case at all. Ceramic is the top of the line

Bad judgement When I walked into the lobby On 2/27/18 The smell of marijuana was overwhelming I had to wait outside for my car to get done. In the past I have taken 4 cars to get tinted. Now I will take my business elsewhere. They do great work but bad JUDGEMENT . Next time please do your business outside.

Yesterday I dropped my car off to pro touch window tinting up on mall road. I called in the morning to ask if there was a availability and they got me in for 12. I dropped the car off and a while later got a friendly call that it was finished. Picked it up and they did a amazing job. I had always used quality window tinting before (ft wright) but have had a few hiccups with the job I received.The total for a 4 door car including the front strip was $230 and comes with a warrantyVery happy with this place so far.My friend used them last wk and his looks great as well.

Well dont get your windows tinted here! When I got my car back there was a chip out of the film! Ive been working like crazy and havent had a chance to bring my car in until now and they said they cant do anything about it and it was my fault! Best job I ever had done...

They did a terrible job. I took my car back and they told me they need to replace 3 of the 7 windows they tinted (including rear door quarter windows). It takes them 2-3 hours to fix their bad job and they wont let you schedule a retint on a Saturday. That leaves you with the option of taking time off work or borrowing someone elses car while yours is being fixed if you work M-F.
