I called like 2 hrs ago they said that itll be like awhile bfor they pick me up its been like 2 hrs aince I called them I should only pay 5 dollars minum for being late

Contacted the company about obtaining a ride from Sheffield to Florence. After being put on hold for over 2 mins the woman rudely asked what I wanted; as I explained that I needed a ride from Sheffield to Florence she was constantly rushing me off the phone as I tried to explain where I was at and where i needed to go. She finally gave me a quick okay so Sheffield to Florence and hung up before I could confirm the locations. After 20 minutes of waiting I called back to get put on hold again and when she returned to the call she said they had waited at the location i said and they left because no one came outside which is a lie because I was waiting outside in the cold in hope they would arrive and carry me home. She then said they had 13 calls in front of me now and they might be able to get to me later. Needless to say I ended up sleeping on a porch! Never will I depend on this company to help me out again.

I have used this service personally for my patients that needed a wheel chair van and they were ALWAYS available, if they happen to be late it was ALWAYS 3-5min and ALWAYS called. EVERYONE that took was VERY respectful, professional they would pick us up, drop off at Dr apt and we would call when finished and in 2-3 max pick us up, take for a hair cut sometimes and waited there, took us back home. They ALWAYS loaded my patients because of seatbelt is different for wheelchair. I will ALWAYS use this service and believe the nasty post are due to not giving a week advance on a ride. Nobody in the world can expect even a parent or friend to drop daily activity to sit for groceries etc and not be rushed. This is a business treat it like one! They are rides for drop off and pick up period!

They make their own prices ....one day it was 8 and the next day I tried to go to the same place and they charged more 😑 I only gave it one star so I can comment ..didnt want to give them that ..then the man ask you for directions and they suppose to have gps

Called at 1:20 p.m told 40 min wait to pick daughter up at school. At 4 pm still no taxi. Worst place ever.

Absolutely disgusting I was screamed at for taking too long for my groceries and verbally assaulted and they will do nothing about this plus they never pick up on time Im honestly scared to use them again as a woman riding a lone be careful of Allen and tangella will do nothing I was fearful I suggest that single females dont ride with them
