WORST customer service ever. Been using this “company” for a few years under my husbands name, but he wouldn’t post a review, so I did. They do not call you back. Since the allegedly moved stores, they put up a sign to text Candice but she doesn’t reply, so don’t waste your time. I also have a close friend that they have wronged as well. I would suggest Bama pools. They always answer the phone & return calls when they are unable to answer the phone. Do not recommend

I’ve been using asp since 2013. Candi has always been good about what to do with the chemicals but the Jeff guy has been nothing short of rude. They put in our new liner in 2017 & did a shoddy job. Wouldn’t come back out & fix it. They put in a brand new salt pump for us in 2018 & I’ve been trying since May to get them to come look at it but all I’ve gotten is the run around. they came once, after I commented on their Facebook page & said no one would respond to my private messages or phone calls, but still haven’t fixed the problem. My husband and I have spent thousands here, & we have shamefully sent other people here. Please don’t waste your money!

Never called me back

I have two homes in the Shoals area that have pools. One had severe maintenance issues due to problems with another pool company in town that never showed up all last year, and the other had not been opened in over a year. They not only were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but very pleasant to work with. Whenever they have told me they would do something, they followed through and got it done! Best pool company in the area!

Family owned and Operated! They are knowledgeable and VERY helpful for all pool and hot tub stuff. Ive used them for three years and love everything they do for me!

My pool is in the best shape ever since I started using ASP. Candi is awesome! Love this place, worth the wait!

I had a Dolphin Pool cleaner that did not work I had purchased on line a new Power Unit so that was not the problem which I explained. I left it there called in a week they said had not had a chance to get to it, stopped by there the next Saturday had not had a chance to work on it. After 3 weeks without a phone call or explanation i picked it up when i was going to Atlanta. Went to Atlas Pool in Atlanta dropped it off this morning at 10:30, Atlas Called in 5 hours and the pool cleaner had a bad motor and Power Cord and was ready to pick up. If ASAP, oops sorry ASP did not have time to work on it a simple explanation would have been suffiecient this was a miserable experience, dont take anything that needs to be repaired!
