My septic tank backed up in February 2020. I called Bryan Sellers, who quoted me a reasonable price and a reasonable time frame. I authorized Sellers to pump my tank.Upon arriving home that day, I found large spots of black oil all over my driveway. The Sellers truck had a bad oil leak, and my driveway got it. When I contacted Sellers about the oil, I got a What do you want me to do about it? via text. I responded that I wanted his company to clean it up, and he agreed to do so.The next day when I got home I found several piles of cat litter on my driveway. I waited 2 days, then swept them up. Oil was gone, but large black spots remained. There was no further response from Sellers, and I had to hire a professional pressure washer to clean the spots up. Anyone can make a mistake, and I let it lie, and did not do a review.Thirteen months later, due to the heavy winter rains, my tank was backed up again. I wanted to give Sellers another chance, so I contacted him about pumping it. He agreed to complete the job within 2 days. Long story short, 12 days later he has not yet done the job. I had to hire another company to do the job. I have had no communication from Sellers whatsoever in 8 days.I am satisfied with the service I received the first time, but very disappointed in the lack of concern for the oil on my driveway. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of service and lack of communication the second time. I would not recommend this company.

Worst experience we ever had dealing with a business. Surely DO NOT get what you are paying for!!! We have rented a porta potty for nearly 2 months from this company and its been cleaned 3(THREE) times and 2 of those was in 1 week. I would not recommend N.D Sellers to anyone
