Long story short they didnt try to help me after buying special insoles for my shoes and they were causing my feet to get blisters and everything else and I took them back in and they said that I need to get a wider shoe the man then told me that at the beginning I shouldnt be wearing a wide or shoe that I should be wearing a tighter fitting shoe so it wont cause blisters so the bottom line is the story is that I took him back and wanted to give my money back and he wouldnt refund me my money or nothing the manager was supposed to call me thats been two days ago never heard nothing from them and Im very disappointed with the place Gary the gentleman that was helping me just kept talking talking never listen to what I was trying to tell him and needless to say I walked out and left the insoles behind.

I came in with a friend yesterday to have her fitted with custom shoe orthotics. We were both new to this process, and she was unsure about what to do. The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful with answering financial questions, and assisting with paperwork. We were promptly taken to an office, where Gary Flowers assisted my friend in fitting her feet to molds for the orthotics. He spent about an hour with us, trying out different foot exercises, answering ALL questions, and even explaining why previous over-the-counter remedies for her feet hadnt worked. The experience was very satisfying and optimistic. I would recommend this establishment for friendly foot care assistance!
