Management expects miracles out of there employees. I was very ill and hospitalized and they replaced me. Never felt comfortable there. Nobody worked as a team. They all were very territorial about their accounts and there was always a feeling of someone stabbing you in the back to better themselves.

Bad policies.No time off allowed and no sick days available-ever!. When hired you can not have any days that you need off- even 6 months in the future, or they will let you go.Bad company to work for. No family values.
