Absolutely wonderful! The lady was a le to answer all my questions and was very nice to my son that was there with me.

Paid these fools to “winterize” my pool last year - now I’m losing 2 inches of water a day in a 30,000 gallon pool. Called them to come look at it - “Sorry, sir. It will be a month before anyone can come look at it. You can’t prove it’s our fault the pool leaks.”Their staff is rude and arrogant, and their workmanship sucks. Don’t waste your time or money with these jokers!

Bama pools have gone above and beyond. They have gone out of their way to help my elderly parents that have a pool. These are great people to deal with.

Rude. Ask questions, act as you should know if you have a pool.

Customer Service is the worst I have ever seen. I was treated very poorly. The lady who I assume is the owner was losing it. It was so bad that another customer told her you dont treat customers this way.
