Republic Services not only provided the best price in the Valley for a roll-off rental; Their customer service was unbelievable! The person I spoke with to receive a quote contacted me promptly, was very nice, and helped with the questions we had. Everything was finalized within a 15 minute period, they called to check in, and it gave us the peace of mind we needed. Our delivery was on time, and the delivery staff were pleasant. If youre in need of a dumpster rental for your home project or construction site, I highly recommend contacting Republic Services.

For the past 3-4 weeks we have called everyday and speak with “ managers “ about why they have not came to pick up the bulk from house.They said every time we call they are coming tomorrow and never showed.My HOA would send letters because they simply would not do there job and continuing to lie to me.I was force to put the stuff in my back yard which was very hard for me to do.They also was suppose to bring me new trash cans on Aug 5th and they never did.I would not recommend this service at all since they never keep there word.

DO NOT SIGN THAT CONTRACT!!!! It will be harder to get out of that contract than it is to get a divorce! Republic Services is the absolute worst business I have ever came across. READ THE CONTRACT! Their contracts are designed so that there is no way they could ever be at fault for a customer wanting to cancel their service. This is a snippet right from their contract “Any notice of termination under this agreement by customer shall be void unless sent via certified mail, return receipt requested, and actually received by company.” It’s 2018 and you have to send certified mail to cancel a contract. But then even when you do that, they can simply say “I never received it, even though you have a return receipt because our contract states we have to actually receive it, and I can just say we didn’t”.There are no protections for you as their customer. They will handcuff you and not let you go no matter how much you have to kick and scream. They have the money to spend on lawyers, which I’m sure is a huge part of their revenue stream. They are designed to pray on their customers. Horrible horrible horrible company. Check out guys at Weinberger; family owned & operated, and they keep their customers by providing a great service, NOT by holding their customers ransom by their contract.

I am a Phoenix landscaper but had a job here and this was absolutely horrible. Prices is double what I pay in Phoenix. No chain and extra charge for a chain pull. The tractor took 10 to assistant me he was on his phone. And lastly office smells like marijuana.(a plus for some people)I won’t be back thanks. I’ve been to many this is the worst.

I tried calling Republic today, but they had high volume. most likely because of poor service. I dont know for sure. What i do know is the gentleman that picks up our trash doesnt know how to operate the truck he dumped trash all over the street today. I tried to call before posting this, but was disconnected while I waited for the next available operator. I feel they are the worst refuse company in Arizona

After moving in it took them a month after our accoubt was set up to start collectingour trash. We have been here almost 4 months and they have forgotten us 3 times. The last time they did not pick up at all in my neighborhood. They have no reasoning for this over the phone, just apologize and set up a pick up. I have contacted our HOA and am rallying our neighbors to look for another service provider.

It was fast in and out

Just moved to the residence and scheduled new bins to be delivered for trash and recycle to be dropped off to my home and when I got home they were not there. Now its the weekend and they are closed . I called them 2 fridays ago for the request and was told yesterday Friday they would be here. Im already off to a bad start with this service. Need my bins with just moving into a new home

This companys communication is the worst.....one time out of 8 switch outs on my dumpster have they done what I asked.

Trash cans get catapulted back in my yard or they get the life squeezed out of them meaning they get cracked been trying to get a hold of republic services they have no hours of operation and the phone tells you to hold for over an hour with no answer called the Spanish and English line at the same time

They either break our trash can and forget to pick up our garbage
