I would give them negative stars if I could. They have been more than rude in trying to arrange a delivery. They gave me a window of time from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. I arranged my schedule accordingly. After 1 p.m. came and went I called their customer service. Held for 20 minutes. Not horrible. Talked with a rep. They put me on hold to go check. Came back and said the driver would call me within the estimated time. I asked what the estimated time was and got hung up on.Then I called back. Held for 40 minutes and finally got someone. This person was extremely nice and helpful. She needs a raise. Maybe even a supervisory position to teach the others how to handle things. They say 15 minutes the delivery will be there.The problem I have with this, is they should have called and let the me know there was a delay. I have wasted an entire day and not been able to leave my home due to their inability to get things done timely or give me a headsup.Bad customer service. The first time I called them to arrange the delivery, I held for 2 hours. The number was wrong in their system. This wasnt their fault I guess, but I asked them to correct it. Apparently, the company I bought my item from put it in wrong. It wasnt corrected. What kind of system is this? If you are that busy then hire more people. You are obviously making money and should be able to pay employees. Worst experience Ive had in many years.

One star is five too many. The first delivery was damaged beyond belief. They were suppose to deliver the replacement today, but instead of calling 30 minutes before like they were suppose to, they just showed up and were surprised to find no one home. When I called to complain, they claimed they called but refused to send a photo of the drivers call log. The customer service agent did not care there was an issue. The only solution was either to reschedule or refuse the shipment. I would avoid this company at all cost. If you buy something from a vender and they ship it using this company, call and cancel the order and buy from a more respectable vendor.

Avoid at all costs. Rude, lying, unreliable people. Hard to believe they are in business. Every location sucks. NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY.
