Although it was a tunnel wash I guess I expected better quality. There were still several spots on my car that I had to go over when I got home.

My husband and I needed to have our car washed. We had never used the tunnel wash at Long Lewis in Florence, Al. before. Since it was so close to were we live we went there. Had a small problem purchasing a wash. It did a good job but I must say the tunnel wash at Long Lewis in Muscle Shoals is much better. I loved the FREE vacuum, did a nice job. Also, like the mat wash there. It made our mats look brand new! We would use them again unless we were going to be in Muscle Shoals. Oh, I almost forgot to mention the young lady that helped us. She was very sweet, friendly and outgoing!!

Never anyone there. Its always closed. It is very very nice if you are lucky enough to find it open. Does not stick to posted hours.

It is a lot easier to have my Explorer washed and vacuumed out. I do the monthly package deal and being close to my work and residence, it is not out of the way. Long Lewis needs to look at doing some repairs and cleaning of the inside of the tunnel wash.

We was there almost everyday looking at vehicles. Everyone was very nice to us, we will be back in the future for another car the experience was great.

The worst car wash experience ever! All of the vaccums were filled with cars from the car dealership next door and only one vacuum was available but it was being used so I had to wait 30 minutes for another customer to finish vacuuming his car.

Quick and easy. Does a great job!

The car was not cleaned inside even after pointing it out to the employees and letting them try it again.
