They were efficient in not only replacing the roof but worked with my insurance to replace the entire roof, whereas the insurance only wanted to replace a portion. The replaced the roof in 5-6 hours, were on time, professional and took the time to clean up after themselves. They even took the extra time to use a metal detector to locate any displaced nails that may have fallen. They were awesome! I wouldn’t waste my time with calling anyone else and neither should you.

Very professional, this is the second time I have used them. The first was a new roof and gutters which turned out great. On the skylight the first day they put a hole in the roof and installed the skylight. The next day they put the hole in the ceiling and framed up thru the attic to the skylight, and drywalled everything up. It all turned out very nice. A skylight really helps a small bedroom.

They very proficient and professional. We are very pleased with the services and did recommend them to our daughter, who was also very pleased with their service.

We have used a lot of roofing companies for different jobs, and American Home Tech have been extremely efficient, quick and thorough. Zach initially followed up multiple times on different projects and got the claims and estimates out to us. The project manager followed up with the job and got it competed efficiently and quickly. Spencer then called to follow up on the work and offer other services, which we will always need. I appreciate the friendly efficient service. I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me anything extra, but did go out of the way to make sure we got quality work. Look them up if you need any roofing or contracting work. I know they do Windows, remodels, etc.

Did a great job on the roof. Left some mess for me to clean up. Did not clean all window sills blew debris from outside deck onto my covered porch. Left sticky stuff on back porch and deck. I was told the mess would be cleaned up. Also some debris on front porch . I thought for how much they charged the clean up would be better.

They offered a free inspection, found the damage, helped us open a claim with insurance~ and then offered us awesome service and a beautiful new roof. Communication was excellent, the work they did was the highest quality and the staff and workers were all courteous and friendly. On roofing day~ they covered our decks and gardens so there was no damage, then cleaned up the yard twice! I highly recommend American Home Tech.

Spencer was extremely helpful and professional. We interviewed 4 companies (all were recommended by our friends on Facebook)…. One company never showed up when an appointment was scheduled- and never called us after. Another company seemed really shady, tried to talk us into things that we didn’t need and didn’t seem right. The last company in the running was good, but not as good. We were educated and given accurate times when workers would be here. They were here on time, cleaned up after themselves and we are completely happy with their work. We would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to friends and family.

The roof project was easy and one day and cleaned up well. The only issue was the leftover supplies placed in my grass waiting for pick up one week later.

BUYER BEWARE! Do not sign anything prior to them giving you a quote. My wife signed a paper before the quote was given. We received the quote and it came in higher than expected. We found someone that would do it for a more reasonable price. We then received a letter from a law office stating that we owed money to Home Tech for work that was never done. Their deceptive practices are not right. I wish I could get paid for doing nothing. The law office stated that we should have negotiated pricing with Home Tech before we went with another company. I didnt even know you could negotiate pricing for a roof. We assumed the price we were quoted was the price we would be paying. They want us to pay them $1,500. BUYER BEWARE!!

We needed a new roof and didn’t know where to look. Home tech came into our lives and were completely professional. They took care of everything. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. My roof looked so beautiful that we added new gutters too! Our homeowners insurance even went down. Justin knows his business and can answer any question you may have. He also knows who to call for anything you may want done. We are actually looking into windows now! Home tech does it all!

They came out for an inspection, saw many wind damaged shingles and had insurance cover a roof replacement. Showed up early for installation and finished it all that day up to par. One month later and no complaints.

I had a water stain on a ceiling. AHT inspected the roof and found storm damage that could be covered by my home owners insurance. Zach contacted my insurance company after he got off the roof and helped me initiate a claim.Inside 2 weeks, my insurance company approved complete shingle replacement. Another AHT rep sat down with my wife and me to select shingles and to provide a detailed explanation of the replacement process. Their crew of 6 arrived about 10 days later. In less than 12 hours, they completely removed and replaced all roofing materials. Clean up of my property was great. Thus far, I havent found a single scrap of waste or a roofing nail in my landscaping or lawn.i would have given AHT 5 stars but despite claims on their website that they do restoration, drywall work and painting, they were not interested in inspecting insulation in the attic for damage nor were they interested in determining if the stained ceiling required replacement or just painting. They stated that they did not have crews available for interior work. I got the distinct impression that from their perspective, the money was in quick roof replacement not in time consuming interior repairs.

We hada wonderful experience with American home tech. Everything was handled by them and they were on time every time they had to come by the house. Spencer was very awesome to call a few months later to make sure we were still totally happy with the work. We definitely use them in the future!

The roofers did a great job on our roof. We had a roof installed on Thursday, Feb 4. It started sleeting so they left rather quickly (don’t blame them) but we were told someone would come the next day to run a magnet around the house to get all the nails and to pick up the leftover materials... 1 month plus, 5 phone calls later, a cup of rusty nails, one in my daughters foot and another call last week - still no sign of them. I suggest hold your check until they totally finish the job. That’s the only time they were quick to respond😳

I was looking for one company to repair my roof and bathroom ceiling. The salesman informed American Home Tech could do both. After I signed the contract another employee came collected my deductible and pick out shingles. This employee informed me they would only be repairing the roof. So I had to hire another company to repair my bathroom ceiling from the water damage my leaking roof caused. American Home Tech attempted to charge me the full estimated. The estimated to repair my roof, bathroom ceiling, and garage door. Ladies and gentlemen if you use this company please pay close attention to your charges. American Home Tech doesnt do the work they claim. If your not careful they will charge you for work they didnt complete. I worked with three different employees and each employee lie about something was caught because written documentation doesnt lie.

Currently waiting for a reply from one of the 4 people I’ve emailed. I’ll wait to post my full story in hopes that this review will prompt a response. They worked the entire claim process for me all I had to do was pick out the color of my new roof. They showed up on time or early to every appointment. I highly recommend this roofing company. They also gave me a great deal on new gutters since they were doing the roof!

Waited almost two months for these guys to install a metal roof over deck addition before finally cancelling the job. Had to call and follow up numerous times to get the project to move forward. Each time I spoke with them on the phone they were as nice as can be. The issue was that they kept making commitments and not keeping them as to when they would come do the install and even the initial measure. Now I understand things happen, but I just wish that they would have been upfront and honest about their ability to do the job and the timeline from the beginning.

They were the first company to actually go onto the roof to actually see what damage we had. They worked directly with our insurance company adjuster and when issues arose with our claim, they handled it. The crew arrived on time and there was no damage done to our landscaping we had just had done..we would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have a new roof installed.. we’ve already received compliments on the new roof and we are very happy..

This is a horrible company. We gave them a deposit on June 2. They have yet to this day started work. Just keep saying they are waiting on paperwork. Doesnt respond to texts or calls. Got our deposit back. We were counting on them to help us out. Most likely calling the BBB. Horrible customer service

Over all our experience with American Home Tech was swift and efficient. We are happy with our roof, it was done within a day. The company handled insurance company and was very accommodating to all of our many questions. This was our first experience with a roofing company and I’m glad we were able to support a local business with great quality service.

Our job was difficult and this company really came through for us.One issue was that our home of less than 10yrs had prior siding issues. Reinstalling same siding product seemed futile so they helped research best alternatives for our near new home.Another issue was that our homes ground slope and wall height combined to make this a very challenging job for which they had to buy some new equipment.They worked with our insurance company to explain why the original adjusters estimate for a partial replacement patch would not solve the problem and were able to have approved full replacement of 2 sides of the home.Jake and Tristan stayed in touch and communicated well during some minor bumps in the process. This company proved they can do difficult jobs that other companies dont want to touch.

Took care of all of our concerns. Went above and beyond. Would highly recommend!

They did a quick and professional job in replacing our roof. Looks great and the quality is amazing.

My roof was put on November 26th, it looks great, they came back out and took care of some spots that was found during a walk around. They had to leave their trailer in my driveway overnight which was no big deal, after they moved the trailer the next day and backed their trailer into my house. Damaging two piece of siding and there was numerous nails left in my yard and on my front driveway. I am still founding nails in my front yard. So I called the company to report what was going on and was told it would be address in the next few days. It is now been almost a month since I reported the damage, I have been in touch with 6 or 7 different people from the company saying they would get somebody out there to take care of the siding and every time its oh I forgot or I am stuck on another job. So this past Saturday did it in for me a new guy called me to tell me he would be there around lunchtime. Well that time came and went, same guy called again and said it will be 4:30, no mind you I have wasted a whole day waiting for said person to come out. He called me again 6:30 at night to tell me he was on his way, it is dark outside and you want to do a repair. I dont think so, so I told him to not come out that I am done with this company. So if you have a roof repair they do an great but if it is anything else good luck, its like as soon as they have your money they are done.

American Home Tech replaced my damaged roof back in June and did a wonderful job. I admit that time got away from me and even though I wanted to, I forgot to leave them a review back then. Anyway, I have decided to contract them again to do some interior work. I also felt that I would give them a shout out for the fantastic job they did on the roof.
