Awesome space! Working with The Venue was THE MOST FABULOUS experience! The venue, food, and service were excellent. The facility is beautiful, food was spectacular, and our guests are still talking about it! I would use them again in a heartbeat!

The venue was beautiful, the food was superb. The staff was excellent. Our babyshower was made even more special because of the venue and staff. Kudos to Helen and her staff.

The venue itself is beautiful, however, the staff did not uphold their part. We had the room for the entire day from 8-midnight. When we got there at 8 to set up, it still had not been cleaned. They had to come clean up while we were in there. The event manager was not available to us on the day of. The venue sound system was horrendous- you couldnt even hear the words to the songs. The meal was mediocre at best. The chicken was so dry I couldnt finish it. Then to top it all off, the staff started blowing out our candles on our centerpieces before the event was even over, trying to rush us out. It was 8:30...we had plenty of time. Shared all these concerns with the manager, and we didnt even get a response. Its clear that all they cared about was not getting negative reviews, not concerned about what we had to say. Overall I would not recommend this venue to anyone as everything was subpar, especially considering how much we paid for the venue. All things considered, we still had a beautiful wedding!
