I would never go to this business again. I was interested in purchasing a vehicle. I was the only customer they had but yet EVERY EMPLOYEE WAS GOOFING OFF. SO I WENT TO THE FRONT DOOR AND ASKED IF SOMEONE COULD HELP me AND THE LOOKS I GOT. A EMPLOYEE OPENED THE DOOR AND NEVER STEPPED OUT OF THE BUILDING. SO I SAY IF YOU DONT WANT TO HELP ME ILL LEAVE .... HE SAYS OK YES mam. Really !!! Too bad for them I bought a car somewhere else

Our vehicle broke down after taking the exit of I-95. We are from New York and are unfamiliar with the area. We are glad we chose this exit as miller’s was right around the corner. We looked quickly on the internet and chose miller’s. The tow truck arrived extremely fast and they brought additional transportation as we are a family of four. These guys determined the problem very quick. They steered us in the right direction for a good hotel as we had to stay the night. They dropped us off and picked us up from the hotel. Service to the vehicle was extremely fast. Thank you guys for all the help. We highly recommend them!!!

Very professional service. very friendly and great customer service. I broke down on I95 and was stranded. They came and towed me in within the hour and got me in and out in a few hours and a reasonable price. I see you cant satisfy everyone but thats every business. you going to have some that you just cant make happy period no matter what you do.. I would recommend anyone to go there. They offer towing, minor and major work on all makes and models as well as regular services and oil changes. keep up the good work Millers.

This place was amazing! We are a military family in the middle of moving. My wheel bearings went out for my travel trailer and they were the only business in town to help me out. They stopped what they were working on and put us back on the road in a reasonable time. Very satisfied with this company.

Great shop for BMW or Mercedes. Had a noise and took it to the dealership. They wanted to charge me 7,000.00 for a transfer case replacement. Miller’s replaced my wheel bearing for 400.00 and that solved all my problems. I will take all of my vehicles here from now on.

A safe, easy and professional car repair experience.As a woman it can be intimidating when you go to have something done that you know nothing, or very little about. I never felt threatened, or pushed for anything.The employees were professional and made me feel they had my best interest at heart. I would recommend them to anyone for automotive repairs!!

I’d give them 100 stars if I could. I was stranded 400 miles from home with my 3 kids and our dog in the blazing heat. They normally don’t work Saturdays but they not only fixed my vehicle on the spot (radiator replacement) they provided transportation for me. Stuck on the side of the road on a Sunday, 700 miles from home. Car broke down in the heat, engine steaming. Roadside assistance came in the form of Millers Automotive. Ken and his team took all of the worry out of the tow, diagnosis, housing (dropped us off at local hotel), and working with our insurance company to make the total engine replacement repairs. The warranty, follow-up was flawless. We now have a friend in Florence SC. What could have been a nightmare experience was just a minor inconvenience. Thank you Ken and Team.

Sons car broke down on I-20 in Darlington. Issues indicated that it was the alternator. AAA had Millers tow it. Car was repaired in less than 24 hours. Comparable pricing. Easy to work with. Paid by credit card over phone. Son able to pick it up after hours.

Best service ever. Broke down on I-95 on way back to New England. Pulled into Millers, and in less than 2 hours was back on the road. Could not have been any better considering I thought I would be stuck in S.C. a few more days trying to get by truck fixed.

These people are bad bad bad! Stay away as they tried to fix my car once and used pure tape! After I sued them and won I found out how bad they are (even though they havent paid yet). I was told and looked it up for myself, they have so many judgements against them. Please look it up as it is on court records at the Florence, SC courthouse. Please do your research with this place before you take your car or have it towed.

I was stranded in the emergency lane near Florence SC .called Allstars Motor club to tow me to meachanic. The driver recommended Millers to me.it was convenient to hotels and restaurants. MILLERS AUTO REPAIR fixed my car by 11a.m. and picked me up at my hotel.I highly. recommend them .They are just off of exit 164 Darlington/Florence exit in SC

Awesome customer service

DO NOT go to these people! Theyre unprofessional, inconsistent, and dishonest -- all in the worst way. They do not publish theyre prices, and will charge you whatever they feel. I was requested to pay a deposit of half the estimated repair cost (which unbeknownst to me at the time is a red flag). They took three weeks to do any work on the vehicle, and once I decided to forego any further work due to cost, they threw all of the parts that they removed in my front passenger seat, so now I have oil stains in my carpet. Look, these people are crooks who dont respect your time or your business. They do not deserve to be AAA affiliated. I was desperate and because of that, I got taken for month-long, $350 ride -- lesson learned. Do not make the mistake of giving these unscrupulous folks your car!
