I switched about a year ago to Matt Estes State Farm and he went well out of his way to get me a quote and get me the best deals for car insurance. Fast forward to last month, I bought a new car and it smelled like smoke. I had 7 days to turn it back in if I didnt want to. Matt did all the paperwork for the car just in case I kept it, went above and beyond and researched how I could get the smoke smell out of my car. I ended up turning the car back in and getting another car. With the other car I also took out a State Farm Auto Loan and he even had his employee come in on the Saturday before St. Patricks Day to get me all squared away so that I could go get my car over the weekend. Matt Estes and his crew truly go above and beyond in every way. I would recommend them to anyone! Switch to them, you wont be sorry!

I was grateful for Jalen Hudson. I was having trouble setting up my State Farm beacon for safe driving. Instead of going to my agent, there office was close to my home. Jalen spent almost 2 hours working on getting my email and the app to work so I could download what was needed. His patience and attention to detail was wonderful. He even came out to my car and worked at putting the information into the website app. best service ever!
