The company was fine, but I had consistent issues accessing my account online.
I brought my business to Liberty around 4 years ago as a cost saving move. I have been impressed with them from the start. Peter Rodish gave me options and guided me to best coverage for our cars and home. We saved money and improved our coverage. Recently involved in car accident (car was totaled), Peter and Kelli Harris were outstanding, followed up and followed through, checking on our well being and making sure all details were covered. It helped make a stressful situation easier to handle. Received same service from adjusters with follow up and quick response when we needed help. BOTTOM LINE - I went with Liberty to save money (we did) but have to say at 100% the level of customer service has exceeded expectations. Big Company small town feel. Thank you.

Good insurance good people still the same problems with lot of times that other businesses have not as easy to talk to and have them know what customer service is. Seems like more than half the world has forgot that customers are the reason that keeps your business going. If you dont listen all the time to your customer and talk over them youre not able to address the problem that your customer has and it tends to anger them. Which leads to a saying I have you reap what you sow when you want to be right and not let the customer be right you so anger what do you want admitted or not when a customer or person gets angry back at you because you refuse to listen and you want our money to mistreat us and sell us something that we are not getting treated correctly we will go someplace else or keep searching till we find it. Yeah by for you guys are a lot better than most.

I have had my homeowners insurance through Liberty Mutual for a couple years now. I had spoke with Amber Ison regarding bundling car insurance and she was able to answer any question I had, bundle my policies, and even save me money on my home owner policy as well! She was very diligent in returning emails and calls and has wonderful customer service! I really appreciate her help!
Amber was fantastic and very thorough. As a first time home buyer, she took her time explaining every detail and optional coverage. I felt she cared, rather than treating me like a number crossing her desk. The price wasnt the best, but for great service, it wont be. Im happy with my switch for auto and my new homes insurance.

Honestly this is the worst insurance company in the world. They have literally ruined my life so they can cover one of their own employees mess ups who changed my policy without my knowledge or permission. I got into a car accident thinking j had full coverage and they literally did nothing. Between the lack of call backs rude supervisors long hold times and just lack of empathy or doing the right thing and admitting they made a mistake and paying for it...I cant warn you enough to steer clear of them. I am devastated that I chose then and am paying for it daily since my accident this past Thanksgiving. Terrible customer service sceaming sales people trying to make quotas that will lie even knowing they are being recorded and the customer advocate is the rudest of them all.
An irresponsible guy crashed when I was on a red light, he came and crashed for no reason, causing my vehicle to be completely lost, the police who witnessed the accident did his job and each one went home, we contacted the insurance company The person who hit us who was 100% responsible for the LIBRRTY MUTUAL accident so that they assigned us a vehicle since we have a restaurant where we work and make deliveries to live, the insurance company LIBERTY MUTUAL assigns us the vehicle on the december 23rd after Calling them 10,000 times, they assigned us a vehicle on 12-23-2020 with which we could get around after 3 days without working because we couldnt get around until the day they demanded that we return the vehicle to them on January 7, 2021, During this time we contacted the company to bring their evaluator and none of them came to inspect my crashed vehicle and we understood that due to covid 19 none of the 3 made an appearance. ia, we sent photos of the damage caused to our vehicle and we kept calling the insurance for 3 days to make them responsible or tell us the steps to follow, calling the Liberty mutual insurance in one that a human decided to answer the phone ask us, did you know that your car was a total loss? were you notified? We responded that they did not notify us either by our emails or telephone numbers, the operator told us that the total loss of the vehicle was $ 3,250 and that if we kept the vehicle they would take away from the $ 3,250-750 we decided not to keep our vehicle and we accepted the money of total loss to buy a vehicle and solve our mobility problem, our vehicle was taken away on January 7, 2021 and the check that the liberty mutual company is sending us is for $ 2,500 the people that I contacted told me that My vehicle total loss was $ 3250 ... where is my missing money? I sent my vehicle title as instructed, I followed the instructions and the entire process and today, January 11, 2021, I am without a car, my car was taken away, the payment that Liberty Mutual gave me is not what we agreed that it would be and the people I talk to Jorge bravo Victor Iglesia - Jose Medina wasting time even to this day I still do not have liberty mutual solving as it should my transportation problem that has me without working ! Currently I continue with my restaurant closed without moving at home waiting for answers, I attach photos of the crash and attach photos of the check with which they want to give me face i DO NOT HIT THE OTHER DRIVER HE HIT MY CAR WHEN I WAS STOP IN A RED LIGHT BY BEHIND...it could be a fatal accident i was with my son and wife .....!

I changed providers to save money but in the process messed up our coverage. Under ground waterlines were covered and with Liberty Mutual they are not. This is even though we had the paperwork with us to show our coverage. I feel like a number. I felt like a number at the other place and I was with them over 20 years.
Have no proof of coverage. Just proof that they take my payment every month......

Amber ROCKS. The rates from my previous insurance coverage provider were out of control expensive. For two of my cars, the monthly insurance payment was higher than the respective car payments. Amber answered when my wife called to shop prices. Amber was able to get us the same exact coverage, at a monthly savings of nearly $700.00. Andrew VanSickle took time to understand my needs as a business owner. I recently had my car broken into and laptop stolen, the policy Andrew set up for me covered my laptop being stolen from my car. Importantly, Liberty Mutual is not depreciating the value of my laptop over time, so even though it was an older laptop, the best at the time, they are providing replacement funds that allow me to aquire a high quality laptop replacing the awesome laptop I had, even though that one is now older and technically depreciated in value.The claims process was mostly online and easy.Everyone was polite and supportive.I can not recommend Andrew VanSickle and Liberty Mutual enough.Thank you.
So Ill be honest, I was extremely frustrated working with their national call center, but I learned an important lesson today. Always work with local. I called my local agent, Zack (Zak?) and explain my problem. Zack asked to call me back in 15 minutes. Not only did he do that, but also solved my problem. Reviewed my plan, got me a lower rate because my coverage was wrong, and just went the extra mile. I couldnt be happier and it turned my whole day around. Thank you Zack!!!
Peter Rodish has done an excellent job of servicing our various home and auto accounts over the years. Recently, an example of adding a car and updating some of the information on the policies was done quickly and easily. I also think Liberty Mutuals on line/ IT process is efficient and easy to use. I appreciate prompt efficient service. Now those LiMu commercials are a whole other story.

I was hit by a deer just after getting Liberty Mutual full coverage insurance. My hood was dented where the animal hit. It rolled down the hood trying to get its feet under it and tore up my flip top lights. Now the damn claims adjustor wont pay the claim, even though I have paid full coverage.
Absolutely horrid expetience. Was told multiple different quotes f various reason and still actual document dont even reflect discrepancies. Dont do what they say they will.No one wanted to do their job including bianca the supervisor. Passing customers off is treating like dirt .I was totally scared to see what my card was actually billed since nothing reflected what they said. Had to call my card report fraud to ensure i wasnt getting ripped off. They lie to get customers. Nonchalant about it not being their money. Larry, john and bianca r total airheads incompetent in their jobs or just concs.
About a year ago I felt that I was paying too much for my car insurance. I called all of the insurance companies I could think of and a few of them were going to save me money. I thought I had done my due diligence but made one more call to Zachary Lux of Liberty Mutual insurance and Im glad I did. His quote was saved me 40% more money than my lowest quote. Since then I have added my house to my policy and am now considering life insurance. Zachary has provided the best one on one service that I have ever had with an insurance agent.
