For the payment of nearly $1000 I received a research paper that read like a high school term paper. They included irrelevant photographs as key photographs of my design.It was my fault that those were given to them, but unbelievable that given their research and description of the design they could not determine that it did not fit at all in the report. They DO NOT give you an editable PDF or document that you can edit for the fee. The representative could not appreciate why I would ask for one or why that would not only be useful but expected for a business document. When I asked she just repeated, they just dont do that. Who writes professional documents without the expectation or revision and with no editing ability? The binding was cute but you can get that at Walgreens Photo for way less money! Dont waste your money! Pay a hardworking Language AP student and youll be ahead.

The Kentucky location is the only one Ive been to. The worker at that location is Amazing! She is very knowledgeable, helpful, encouraging, understanding, and straight to the point. I love visiting with all of my needs although its almost an hour away from my location. She makes things easy to understand with no hidden agendas. Cant wait to see where my invention takes off to!!!Thank You!!!

They dont deserve the one star that I gave them. I dont know who they talked into writing these bogus reviews. Google InventHelp class action suit and youll see how many people have been taken advantage of. This company does not help new inventors but they will take your money. You might be thinking that your invention is different than anyone elses but I promise you, my experience along with hundreds of others would say keep your money in your pocket and walk away from this fraudulent company.
