I have been thrilled with my experiences at this office! The staff is friendly, professional, and has made me feel at ease at every appointment.I just had a root canal and crown done there and was amazed at the technology they had for the procedure. It is the first crown I have had done that didnt require multiple impressions, they just scanned my tooth. The crown was put in today and I couldnt be happier with it!

Everyone was really friendly. He did a good job cleaning my teeth and explained everything thoroughly.

No wait time, they had me in as soon as I walked in the door my exam was painless and very informative. Great friendly staff.

They were absolutely horrible!! To try to condense a long ugly story... What began with lets replace that older metal filling in a tooth that gave me ZERO trouble ended with a botched job that cracked my tooths root which they tried to cover up with a free root canal on a tooth that couldnt be saved. They had to know that. Here I am with a constantly infected tooth that I will need pulled AND a BONE GRAFT so an IMPLANT can be placed as this is a molar! STAY CLEAR!!!!!

This is dental practice is highly NOT recommended. They will tell you to get treatments that you do not need. Luckily I went to another dental office to get a second opinion or I would have been out of lots of money . This place lacks integrity ..

I really did like this dentist office until they wrongly overcharged me and didnt even care to change it when it was their error! I was told that how it was and was not going to change it! I was flabbergasted on how I was taken care of since I have gone their for years and have been a loyal and kind patient. I called the billing office and they never called me back! So obviously Healthy smiles dental care dont care to help or keep good loyal patients!

Office is clean, nice. The staff is very friendly and professional. I had a routine cleaning and they did a great job.

I will try to make a long story short.My first 2 visits were good, no complaints. Dentist and assistants were really nice. Dentist told me after my cleaning that a wisdom tooth needed to be pulled. Front desk staff said they would call and schedule it with me after getting my insurance authorization. 3 weeks later I noticed that I hadnt received a call. I figured someone forgot to call, and I didnt follow up because the tooth wasnt bothering me. A week after that, the tooth starting giving me major issues all of a sudden. I called after hours, and was told to come in the next morning. By the next morning, the pain wasnt so bad, so I called and rescheduled for a day that I had off work (a week later). I reminded the office staff that someone was supposed to be getting an auth from my insurance to have the tooth pulled. Was told a second time that it would be taken care of. Went in about 4 days later because the pain was causing me to lose sleep. When I arrived at the office, I was immediately told they couldnt pull the tooth because I didnt have an auth from my insurance. Part of my job is to get insurance auths, so I know how it all works, and I knew someone dropped the ball on requesting it. I mentioned that twice I had been told it would be requested. After waiting 30 min, I was taken to an exam room, only to be told that I would have to pay $200 up front to have the tooth pulled, and be reimbursed later. I didnt want to pay out of pocket for a procedure that is 100% covered by my insurance because the office staff forgot to request the auth, reimbursement or not. I was then sent on my way with a prescription for Motrin and an antibiotic, and was told that my insurance wasnt going to do anything the same day, so they would call me the following week (it was a Friday).I probably would not have been so upset if I wasnt in terrible pain. I called my insurance, and they said that the office had not sent in a request for an auth at all. The last thing they had was the claim from my appt 4 weeks prior (when they were originally supposed to get the auth). I ended up calling around and going to another clinic for a walk in appt that same day. They took my insurance information, and pulled my tooth an hour and a half later with no out of pocket cost.I liked the dental staff who took care of me the first 2 appts, but after I was sent away in terrible pain because the front office dropped the ball, I will never go there again.
