Staff are all very friendly and helpful. I had plenty of questions about my taxes and they were able to answer my questions thoroughly. I definitely recommend getting your taxes done with the experts!!On the downside, why I gave them 4 stars... My daughter had her taxes done here last week and applied for the advance loan. The lady that prepared her taxes told us the bank usually responds same day. This was last Saturday before MLK holiday. I called last Tuesday and they say it takes 48 business hours to get a response from bank. Its now Friday, tomorrow will be a week taxes were done and still dont have a reply from the bank. I think the tax experts should not say that well be hearing from bank soon. Expectations are not being met!!

They were so friendly and nice when I went in to file my taxes. I asked about the loan and the woman that did my taxes told me if I did the loan my check would be there that same day or the next day. It’s almost been a week and they say my check isn’t there and they have no way of seeing when it will come. Then when I asked why the woman told me it would be here in the same day then and the woman on the phone got a attitude saying she don’t know why I was told that so idk what’s going on and they won’t let me cancel it. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all

And now when you call and try to get information about your taxes they are very rude including the office manager all she keeps saying is that it is in process its been 4 weeks and the IRS still has no information on my return.
