They never answer the phone the IRS gave them our stimulus money. They had a riot yesterday on April 15th. We cant even call IRS to complain on them.

Well i guess they did okay however i think next year i will be doing my own taxes instead of giving these big businesses a lot of my money there were a couple of things i did not like they miss spelled my first name which is pretty wasy to spell they say everyone is guaranteed for a loan they are not several people have gotten denied there and they keep telling me that my taxes were approved when they have only been received and they hardly understand any of the questions thats asked of them.

I have been with them since they opened and i refuse to file elsewhere! This year 2 got both loans thanks guys & keep up the great work!

This is by far the worse company you could ever go to, they are getto unprofessional people

Filed my taxes for 19, and my stimulus check got sent there and no one is there to answer the phones or open for business in order for me to get my check. I’ve been calling for two days now.
