I was there for the slab wood. But ended up purchasing other items. They have a collection of interesting items. Plus its for a good cause.

Awesome stuff. Fair prices. Doesnt feel like they are reselling donations for ridiculous profit like Goodwill does. The prices are actually fair and they frequently have free items out front that are in working order

The young men that work here work so hard! As I pulled in I saw one cleaning leaves up, inside working with customers, being patient and explaining product - I MEAN WOW - GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE- KEEP IT UP GUYS!!! Oh yeah & they had a good selection of flooring & tile to choose from -- will be back with the truck😊

HABITAT HAS APPARENTLY CHANGED THEIR DONATION POLICY. THEY USED TO PICK UP TOOLS, HARDWARE, ODDS AND ENDS OF FITTINGS AND FASTENERS; IN SHORT, ANYTHING OF VALUE TO A BUILDER/HOMEOWNER/REMODELER. NOW THEY ONLY PICK UP BIG ITEMS (FURNITURE?)AND WERE NOT AT ALL INTERESTED IN MY RIDING MOWER (WHICH NEEDS A BELT). NOPE, THEY ONLY WANT LIKE NEW STUFF. I GUESS THAT EXPLAINS WHY THE LAST TIME I WAS IN THERE THERE WAS NOTHING TO BUY AND THEY ONLY HAD ONE GUY ON THE FLOOR AND HE HAD NOTHING TO DO. SOMEONES DESTROYING THIS PLACE.

Got a beautiful carpet remmlit, and new double oven. After some good ol elbow grease scrubbing and wiring, best $20 double oven I could have got. Not the cleanest inside, but cant expect to much for the building type Ive seen way worse. Really organized for type of store as well. Overall Very friendly staff, excellent prices. I will return to shop.

If you want real barn wood and cured pieces of natural shaped lumber, head here. They have a good selection, located right as you walk into the larger warehouse area.They did not deliver when I shopped there, but that may have changed.

If you are looking for remodel items they have a nice selection. There is a section upfront of new wood items that is very nice. Raw wood great for tables or counter tops. definitely check it out.

My family and I love coming to see what new that we can reuse in our house. I have got paint stuff to paint with. Lights, door knob, a table and chairs and glasses for making into crafts. Its a treasure to have here in Flint.

This place has a good variety of household items. Most of them come from older homes but you can really find good deals. If youre repairing youe home this place is really worth your while.

I used to come here every tuesday because I liked to look around came in last Tuesday found a pair of heater vents for your floor the ones that just pop into your floor they were marked at 1 each so I grabbed them along with a sink drain strainer for 50 cents I proceeded to checkout with these items as I was at checkout the guy freaked out on me because the vents I had picked he said were marked at a higher price so I switched the tags Is basically what he was saying well to prevent this from escalating any further I just told them to keep them because you can buy them new for 3 at home depot and I still bought the drain piece for 50 cents from them and gave them a dollar for it because I always give them my change from my order because I always have as they are a good service to our community but I WILL NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN AS I DO NOT LIKE TO BE CALLED A THEIF I hope your business thrives and wish it success but it will FAIL miserably if you continue to treat your customers like that and charge almost retail prices this is supposed to be HABITAT FOR HUMANITY not your local retail home improvement store
