My experience has been good! I would give a 5 but the journey continues, lol, its not innovative properties fault but when the place Im renting for $825 has no cable service because someone who did the flooring cut the cable wires, how thoughtful or thoughtless, it would seem it was a rush job to get the property rented rather than the tenants sanity well Im not supposed to mention her name but sunny saved the day again, dont do it!!!

Best people I ever rented from always helpful and very friendly. Was there from 2016- 2021 would also thank the owner for all his help and understanding . I would recommend IPM to everyone. Again thank you all Joanne Sharp

This place is a straight up joke takes 10 calls to get a response and the response is negative I was told itd take a week and 3 days max to review my app now its been 2 weeks and I can only get ahold of one person after 10 calls just to be told that there still working on it is there only one person who works here? I believe I have. Been scammed for my time I would not recommend these renters what so ever.

The staff at Innovative Property Management is great to work with as a client. They care about the homeowner and handling concerns as soon as they arise.

My husband and I started renting the home we live in in the beginning of this year (Feb. 2020) and its been amazing despite covid hitting everyone very hard. IPM (especially April) has been so understanding and AMAZING through everything. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone. 😊

Renters beware. They have a house on decamp in burton that has been vacant for 3 months that i know of. It took them 6 weeks for any kind of a response and then it was a negative response. Dont know why it was a negative response because Ive been waiting for 2 weeks for a letter telling me why. I think in my opinion the house on Decamp is just there to collect application fees. This is just my opinion. But beware.

Man, i have never had such difficulties in getting a hold of someone. I am looking to buy a home. I have several people lined up to take over my lease, but the office, April the lady have been emailing, takes days to respond. I have asked them to call me several times. If we get this resolved by May then I am willing to change this review.

Absolutely the worst people to rent from. Dont expect them to get back with you in a timely manner. Tried charging me for my own appliances when I left. If I could give zero stars I would

My father had an appointment today to look at a condo. We called the number to schedule appointments 3 times to have the property manager paged since no one showed up. NEVER got a call back. Finally called the main office and pushed buttons til someone answered the phone. The woman that answered the phone was very short with me and told me the appointment should have been canceled as the unit was rented that morning. First off my dad called a week ago requesting to see the property and today was the first opening. When I told this woman that NO ONE called and here weve been waiting for an hour, my father is a senior citizen (to which she replied very shortly so am I) and this is not how you do business she became very rude and hung up on me. Avoid this place at all costs!!!! Terrible way to treat people.

Application fee scam! These people have a house listed for rent and took application fee just to be told that house is not really available. No refund on application fee. Very unprofessional

Terrible place to rent from, they are SHADY. They never call you back, and will delete your comments on Facebook when your try to leave a review if it’s not a good one. They went through the house we rented and charged us cleaning fees when we left it more clean than when we first rented it!! a bunch of losers work there.

Ive rented from IPM for 5 years and it has been the easiest and most stress free rental experience of my life. Staff has always been responsive and timely with maintenance concerns. You can tell they care about not only their property owners but their renters as well. If I wasnt buying a home, Id stay with them longer, best rental experience ever.

The office lady April is a real issue. She will call in a bad mood, practically yelling even before she knows whats going on. Was told in a nasty manner that the apartment I live in doesnt have a drive way even though it does. Also the matnence crew blasts metal and gangster rap loud enough to where thats all my two year old and I could hear. The matnence crew will also remove everything from my porch to leaf blow it then leave my stuff all over the yard. Today I came home to see some of my daughter stuff (in the neighbors yard) ruined by sitting out all day in the rain.

I have been calling for five months about getting the plumbing fix in the bathroom. No one answers and no one has called back. There has been no maintenance done since I have moved in and they expect rent on time or it’s a $50 late fee.

Terrible to work with. If you have a property and are thinking of letting these guys manage it, they will make lots of cash by NOT renting your property while they charge prospective tennents application fees while they have no intention of renting it to them. I think they make more cash by NOT renting your property then they do by actually hooking up tennents.Rent your place on your own and save yourself lots of grief.

Start off pleasant until they get your app fee then they are rude and unprofessional I told them there was only 1 home I was interested in and Im only applying for that home if its unavailable then Im not gonna apply or pay the app fee. She says its available. Found out someone moved in the next day they dodged my calls for a week. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

Well Ive been in one of their rentals for almost 3 months, I moved into a flea infestation, my poor dog was miserable, they were even on me. The back yard floods Everytime it rains and half the yard is mud, they cahargef me a $75 late fee for being one day late but they wont come and fix anything.

I wouldnt give this rental company one star but sadly it wont let you write a review otherwise.I highly recommend renting from IPM if you do not want your security deposit back after your lease is up.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!They are one of the biggest slum lords in Genesee County.

These people are the worst. The only time you EVER get a call back, an email answered or repairs done is to threaten to withhold rent! Although my lease doesnt stipulate I am responsible for lawn care an snow removal, APPARENTLY I AM WITH NO SECURE STORAGE AREA FOR EQUIPMENT!! Will never rent from these people again.

Unprofessional, and rude. I scheduled a viewing for a house, they were late and when I called to make sure everything was still set the lady April who answered the phone was very rude. I thought if a viewing is at 12, the person whos suppose to be showing you the house would be there early as well. I was wrong. Never again.

Have now rented through them for over a year and have never had a single issue.
