VERY GREEDY OWNERS! Very upset with this $10 spectator fee! While restrictions were in place I completely understood the need for the fee. Now that they are lifted you decided to keep the fee! Really? Having to pay to make sure my kids are safe is ridiculous! I will not be purchasing pizza and things thanks to this ridiculous fee! My kids also dont go as often as well. Lets not talk about the disgusting bathroom!

Kids had fun, but I dont think you should have to pay if your only coming to watch your kids skate. You should only have to pay if you actually participate in the skating. The building is run down, needs to be updated. The price isnt worth the overall experience, usually skating rinks have colorful lighting and the disco balls on but they only had florescent lights on the whole time.

I havent been skating since I was a kid. Rollhaven with my daughter was just as much fun as I remembered going as a kid.

The experience with the manager was terrible. I waited 30 minutes to buy two sets of wheels while he a-ke-ke with men from a previous session and had been paged over the radio several times from several employees. For someone that is a regular customer, and spent well over $200, I would think he’d be more attentive.

Bummer that my 9 YO was too tall for the bounce house, but she got to play laser tag instead. I was upset about paying $10 just to be a spectator as a parent and because of that, I didnt order food or drinks. I understand having limited capacity due to COVID restrictions, but maybe drop the price a bit for parents who are there just to keep an eye on their kids? I would have spent more on food and drinks if not having to pay that much for myself and 1 kid. Also, half the arcade games didnt work or were out of service.

We had a good time! on the outside it definitely shows its age. But on the inside you can tell that theyve done their best to try to keep things up especially around the rink keeping things smooth and working. Some of the arcade machines did not work and we lost more than a few quarters. But as far as skating is a great price! Will be happy to return again soon! :-)

Im sorry but, it should not cost $10.75 to watch your children skate. Im still very frustrated about this. (-1*) The bathroom was gross, (-1*) the food is expensive (-1*) (but, at least it tastes good... 1*), (the employees were nice...1*) (and the kids had fun...1*), are the only reasons for 2 stars. BUT, it costed our family of 2 adults (that did nothing but sit and keep an eye on our children) and 3 children under the age of ten... $65.00 just to get in the door and three pairs of rental skates for the kids. That is roughly $10.75 just to walk in the door and ($4) $12.00 for 3 pairs of rental skates. This was on Sunday from 2-5. ADD $15.00 for the roller/walkers for the kids to use and $30+ for food and beverages so... we paid over $110 for 2.5 hours of skating for 3 kids. (-1*) because it took 30 minutes at the skate counter to actually get skates. Total of 2 stars from us. That is mind boggling to me. No tokens for the games and no bounce house or laser tag or anything. Im not even a tight wad but, that was ridiculous IMO.

This is a nice place. clean and friendly employees. a little disappointing that their laces are always such a hot mess. maybe need an extra person working skates to keep them in better shape and shorten the lines especially at the beginning of the time slots and end to turn in skates and get your shoe back... other than that, my kids and I love it there.

It was a good time!! Definitely good exercise and fun with the kids. But honestly Definitely need to update your music. Pretty much the whole time was old school music I use to skate to when i was 13 lol

The place is awesome! Great staff and prices. Hoverboard night they allow you to bring any kind of scooters, hoverboards, etc. Lots of fun! Kids love the bounce house area too.

Nice place, crowd low, everyone wore masks, skates in decent condition & if you have your own skates they will help you adjust your wheels if needed.Great time, music good.

Rollarskating was so much easier when I was young. Lol My family had a blast here. From the play area, laser tag, arcade games to skating it was a fun filled night. Very reasonable prices you can often buy all inclusive tickets for food, drink, skate rental, and skating for one discounted price. I grew up on rollarskates and going to Rollhaven so I take my kids as often as possible. Due to Covid they do have temp checks at the door for everyone who enters. Masks are required except when eating or drinking. They frequently sanitize all areas. We felt very safe with their procedures. I highly recommend Rollhaven!

For the first time in forever 😜 I roller skated on four wheels and let me tell you how fun that was! It was super fun and pretty tough, I mean by the time I was done I was sweaty and my legs were sore but I had a great time!

We went the 1st evening they opened back up post Covid19 shutdown. My children were very excited. As a parent, I enjoyed there being less in attendance; however, the music was so loud we had to shout at one another to be able to hear.

Amazed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff amidst a difficult time. Great place to bring your family!

We went for a STEM field trip and were very impressed! The lesson was good, the staff was amazing, and the skating was a blast!

I mean overall its fun, but its hard to skate without slipping if you dont know how.

Easy to register online for tickets. Staff was very friendly. Adult Skate on a Saturday night was super fun and I would no doubt do it again. However, the place smelled really bad like mildew and black mold. It flaired up my asthma. When we were done skating and got into our vehicles, our hairs smelled of mildew. The place just might need a couple of dehumidifiers. But other than that, it was a good time!!

It is an amazing place the staff are amazing and it holds amazing birthday party. It is a good place to learn how to skate for beginners and a awesome place to have fun with family and friends. If you dont like skating thats fine there is a bunch of other things to do. You can do laser tag or play arcade games. If you get hungry there is a food bar that has Icecream. Also it is fun for field trips. I had amazing ones here when I was in elementary. The only think I would do to make it even more better is to replace the kate above the skate rental with skate. It wasnt harming anyone my friends and I thought it was kind of funny. But it would be good for people that have never been there so they know where to get some skates.

Okay. Now the norms are under control. The main place is clean to a crisp, the food and drinks are good. Any questions can be answered by any employee. Just one thing...CLEAN UP THE BATHROOMS. Man I could roast the bathroom right now but, Im gonna let it slide. Other than that. Cool place recommended for ages 8+

My son went there on a field trip. Paid for laser tag with a $20. Only got $7 back. Some a-hole ripping off kids of their correct change. I will never go here again or promote it for field trips. Taking advantage of kids is the worst.

Great family fun! The employees were super friendly. Be sure to register with kids skate free online and it makes a family outing super affordable. I love the Saturday morning kids skate. Great time of the day to bring a beginner.

My son had a school event here and he had a blast. They have helpers for the little ones and its all pretty close together so its easier to keep your eye on your kid. Gonna take him back soon.

The building and equipment is a bit run down and prices seemed high considering.. Waited quite a while to get in in the unconditioned entry area freezing my nads off, maybe open the second window when theres a line of a dozen people. Then they charged us for an additional wristband for the daughter to use the bounce house, cmon $3 to use that thing? lol wow..

Took my robotics team here 4A team building activity. Roller Haven did a great job of making us feel welcome and really made it a great experience for a team. I highly recommend this place for a group outing anytime

Fun for the kids--roller skates or blades, arcade games, laser tag. They also rent assists for kids learning to skate. Super helpful.

We went today when they opened at 1pm. Not very many people here today. Its usually packed. It was nice the kids werent being trampled by teenagers. We enjoyed ourselves.

There is a lot for the kids to do. Laser tag, bounce house, arcade games with ticket rewards, and of course skating. Rollhaven is set to host birthdays. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. My youngest was a little scared of the laser tag. The vests are old and bulky. All my other 2 girls enjoyed it. The arcade and ticket reward counter is a little dated, but i think it adds to the charm. Bottom line, once my daughters get over their fear of skating, Ill plan to have one of their bday parties here.

The manger Danny was so rude he told me to leave ans told me he was doing other things when he was just standing and heard that he is a jerk by crew they were right other than that great place I am 14 almost 15 and I was looking for that type of job I love helping and when I was there and a kid or someone would fall i would stop and help them. Fun time skating! Track is clean, good slushies to cool off on too. But please go on a school day under school time because theres always little kids with trailers who cut you off, or fall then you fall on them because they always take up the whole rink and sit and a group. Other then that its fun!

I threw my 7 year old a birthday party at Rollhaven. The hosts were timely and organized. The pizza was fresh and good quality. We had a lot of fun. They offer the bounce house and lazer tag for kids too. So if the little ones can not skate well there are other things to keep them busy. I did notice there was a bit of garbage laying around that could have been better kept. But all in all we had a great time, and the party was a blast.

Just had my daughters birthday party there today. I recommend the GLO party package and the lasertag. Planning was thorough. They were easy to deal with. Prices very fair, we got a lot for our money. Everyone had a blast! Kourt was our party person and he was great. The pizza was good. The kids loved the lasertag games. They won lots of tickets with their game tokens. Loved the GLO party favors they got to keep.Highly recommend. Worth the money. The money machine for the birthday girl was a riot also. Good work Rollhaven!

Roll haven has been a place that I have grown up in and Ive joyed many many hours of roller skating and now it is still there for my children to enjoy.

They were amazing! They allowed my daughters party last minute and went above and beyond. Super nice people!

I have had both my son and my daughters birthday party here. I would recommend doing the bounce house and skating for a party but if you add in laser tag then you will be stressed for time.

New info leading to me taking away 2 stars. Recently, I was there and there was a car without a handicap plate or permit, parked in the ONLY handicap spot. I brought this to the attention of the staff and the only response that I got was ok, well take care of it. They never did. I DO have a permit and that car should have not been allowed to stay there.I have also noticed when I have been there early, that the staff parks in the parking right up front along the building. Never seen this before at ANY other business. Why are they not parking on the side of the building?

The skates were sub-par at best. They hurt my ankles and were actually broken. The rink itself is not that bad, however when the skates are uncomfortable, the rink is unejoyable.

Rollhaven is a great place to go if you need to get energy out! Kids love the laser tag and rollerblading experiences!The food is very expensive though, and no outside food is allowed, so eat before you go.

We had a lot of fun, but we played the laser tag and a lot of the vests didnt work properly and took away from our playing time. Had to be reset multiple times. But we did have a blast still.

Good place for kids. The food is outrageous priced. Went to laser tag with boyfriend on date night, my suit/gun continued to malfunction, not many people to play with. But then again we are adults, kids probably love the place.
