Employees refused to wear masks!They guy who I spoke to through my rolled up window said, we dont have to.Took my business down the street to Fast Eddies ( all employees were wearing masks there!)

One of my family members just bought 2 55 inch tvs but wanted to leave the there to go get a vehicle big enough to take both home. The store manager said no they couldnt leave or store it for them. As a former walmart employee that disappointed me very much. So I say screw this store theyll no longer get business for me.

Longer line than normal so wait was more than I expected but it was end of day. Earlier in day is probably better. Friendly enough staff and they get the job done and nothing fancy.

No masks on about 10 ppl working. Dude with curly hair and glasses said it was their choice smh. They pulled on my door knowing I mentioned the mask mandate. (It was locked)Anyone with preexisting conditions shouldnt go there. This place should close down til everybody gets masks😷✌🏽

Terrible service, I paid for full service they did not check the tires, they did not lube the door hinges, they did not check the trans fluid or the brake fluid or the air filter. They always used to do this. It is not that they were busy as I was the only customer when I pulled in. It seems to be a trend, I have been coming here for years and the last several visits have all been poor. They cant seem to keep people and there never seems to be a manager around to properly train all the rotating staff. Also nobody was wearing a mask. Unfortunately the third time is a charm and I think I will now be looking for a new place to get work done as this place has gone completely down the drain. As a 20+ year customer it is sad to see the poor management that has led to the rapid employee turnover and ruining a once awesome business.

Very professional staff. Got in and out in about 10 mins flat. Oil change and air filter for about 70.

They over filled my van with oil and spilled oil or stop leak all over in the engine bay and then they didnt even remind me to reset my oil life... not too happy with this. I switched from mt morris speedy lube because i didnt want a bunch of un experienced kids working on my trucks but when i pull in here all i seen was a bunch of inexperienced kids and i decided to give them a chance but sure enough they failed... someone needs to train these workers right or tell em to get down the road. Whoever changed the oil in my van shouldnt even be qualified to apply tire shine 😂

Waited 30 minutes and apparently pulled to the wrong bay. Person next to me gets pulled in after 5 minutes because he isnt behind a transmission service. No thanks. See ya never again

Normally really like this place but was surprised to see no one had masks or were distancing whatsoever. Will change my rating if I hear this improves. As it stands though it’s a potential epicenter of COVID with customers coming in and out all day and interacting with employees in proximity with no masks. Pretty irresponsible towards employees and customers.-Adding an update that this hasn’t changed and business continues to state they don’t need to or care about spreading COVID. Took business across the street to Midas where they use masks.

Excellent service except for the gentleman checked my tires and said had 35 psi got home add they were around the 26 psi. Think he could use a little more training.Just added air to my tires and they ranged from 24 to 27 psi thinking the technician was about 10 lbs off.

The owner and his employees are very professional and the service is top notch, they are fast, friendly and curteous!! Best service in town and I highly recommend this location.

Nice to be able to drive in and out. Not much pressure for the upsell services which is nice because Ive quit going to other places that try to pressure me into other services Im not sure I need. Staff is always pleasant!

December 24th:Ive always gone to the Center Rd location with no problem, but due to timing I went to the Linden Rd location and the tech put the wrong oil in my truck. I had to take it to a mechanic and pay $179 to replace a part that was suggested to repair what their (Insta-Lube) thingamajig diagnosed. Still same problem. I took it back to Insta-Lube and the manager didnt know what to tell me. My husband returns to town and takes it back to Insta-Lube and paid for an oil change to be completed by the manager. The correct (high grade) oil was used and the problem was solved.Two oil changes and a part replacement. $$$😡

Well, I just waited 22 minutes.... person next to me....10 minutes!! I shouldve been flagged over....Im on my lunch hour!!! You just lost potential customer...family and all. You need to change your procedure. I cant imagine that anyone would want to be looked over I even yelled over to the guy..hey, Ive been waiting...that should be my spot!! Just looked at me and shut the door!!!! Bad plan....BAD plan.....not very smart business. I watched 3 cars being serviced in the bay next to where I was waiting! After they pulled the third car in I left! No oil change done. Matter of principal at that point.

My sixteen year daughter went to this dump to get her oil changed. The service technician broke the valve stem on a rear tire and then sent her back on to Linden Road with a tire that was going FLAT! The tire went flat and my daughter was fortunate enough to pull over in time. This place is a joke? Two other High School students were in the car with my daughter: Someone could have been seriously injured. The valve stem and tire was brand new. And I had to pay Muffler Man $85.00 across the street to fix the tire. The tire went flat seconds after she pulled out of your business. All the tires and valve stems were brand new. The owners response to this post reaffirms what a joke this place is.

New people are everywhere, as basic as basic can come.

I never go to a maintenance place. I do it myself but when I was in a rush one day, I went to get my transmission flushed and they did just that. However it was over full by 6 quarts!

Have gotten oil changes here in the past with no problem. Went today and had a complaint about not taking me next, when i had been waiting 10 min prior to anothet customer arriving. I left but called back and w as told by the manager that they signaled for.me to come over to the other bay. I Did not see them do it and asked why would they do it from inside the bay and not open door to signal for me to switch lanes. The Manager, Gary, then told me I should take my car down the street to get service. Will no longer use not recommend to use this place for service

Im not sure who owns this place...but they may want to look at changing the management and a few workers. When your workers drive junk to work, they shouldnt insult the clientele about the vehicles they drive. Ericis about as rude and unprofessional as Ive ever seen, and the workers reflect his terrible attitude. To insult a customer over the oil they choose (Royal Purple) makes zero sense when you feature the oil in your store. If youre ever told to take it down the street....by all means DO IT! Ass Clowns.

Some of the guys that work there must be fired. You dont talk to customers and mock customers like some of these guys do. FIRE THEM. I have been going there for many many years. Theae new gyys are the WORST.

Broke my dip stick! Pulled it out like it was stuck. All they said was not are fault. I been coming to this place for 310,000 miles and will nexlver come back again with my 3 vehicals. Got a bunch of jokes working here
