Sign out front says newly remodeled, think the sign is at least 3 years old. They keep the grand blanc locations up to date, but do nothing at the flint location.

Its convenient that its 24/7. Its clean. Temperature in the gym is perfect. Machines are nice. Several things I do not like. Price is way to high for a membership for what you get. Although they have three locations with the same owner, prices are different at each one. Friend of mine signed up in Grand Blanc and received a lower price than I did. Wish there was a stand-up tanner instead of a bed. Locker room is just a bathroom with a shower. So if someone is showering you can not use the toilet because the door is locked.

This gym is good to exercise between 5am - 6:30am. Its not a very big gym but fits my needs. Its quiet and clean during the early hours and you can concentrate on your fitness goals. The only issues I have is people not cleaning the equipment, not having paper towel to clean the machines and if the personal trainer is training someone may have to wait to use the equipment which is an inconvenience. I wouldnt suggest coming after 5:30 p.m due to people talking very loudly and its crowded. Overall, if they fix the issue for making it mandatory to clean the equipment you just used and have cleaning supplies on hand I would give the gym a higher rating

Just save your money and do situps at home. We both know your gonna stop goin there after a couple days anyways and regret ever starting the membership😂

My 3 star rating is based on my preference of free weights. This gym is not suited for someone who uses alot of free weights. The spacing is not there along with lacking multiple racks. However if you are more into machines and cardio, this place would suit you well. Overall the place was clean and staff seemed friendly.

Love it. Its just the right size for a work out gym. Not for socializing.

Love the convienence of using a gym @ all hours. Tanning and showers available. Most equipment is well kept and updated.

Recently updated, this gym is great if you dont like a cramped gym. Its generally never over packed and they offer really good classes all week and weekend.
