I had a broken window in my garage that they replaced. When the crew came out the widow didnt fit quit right. They put the widow in so I didnt have a hole there, and then remeasured, and reordered a new widow. They were back in 2 weeks and put in the new widow. they probably could have left the first widow in and i may never have had a problem, but the installer( Joe) took pride in his work and made sure it was prefect. It is nice to work with a company that still takes pride in there product. Thanks.

Henderson sent a tech to fix a chipped windshield. He was here less than 9 minutes and when I came home and inspected the windshield I found that it looked exactly the same as before he fixed the windshield. My fingernail also easily sunk into the pit and small pieces of glass came out of the pit. I called Henderson and was told this was normal and they would sell me a new windshield if I was not pleased with their work. I took the vehicle to another company and was told the windshield absolutely had not been repaired. The picture on the left is after Henderson repaired my windshield. The picture on the right is taken from the same angle and in the same location after another company repaired the windshield. To Hendersons credit, when I called them back they said they would refund the insurance claim.

Manager at the store has always been right on top of knowing what to do to fix both our business windows and our windshield. Fair pricing really fast in great service. Location is directly across the street, Miller Street, from the Genesee Mall and the building is attached to Faith Christian store. Its two doors down from Chipotle which is our favorite place to lunch

We took our 2021 Hyundai Palisade to get the windshield replaced. We bought gap coverage that would cover this 100%. The warranty company has tried hard to work with Henderson and said they would cover 100% of the cost and pay them the day of the service. Henderson has refused to work with them. I will never do business with Henderson again and tell all I know how they wasted our time. They said from day one it would work...only to find out the night before that they now wont. Horrible company!

The technicians are more than capable. The first front desk lady was not at all helpful and seemed annoyed at my presence. The younger lady stepped in was extra helpful and accommodated me. I felt reassured and comfortable leaving my leaking vehicle with certain storms on the horizon after the second interaction. The tech also reused my old windshield saving me over $100. Safelite and glass dr said they could not reuse my same window to replace the seal.

I called Henderson Glass to replace my truck rear window. They set up a satisfactory time and the young man that installed the window was very polite and was done in just over a half hour. I use them again with no hesitation.

I came here because they are a preferred vendor with my insurance company. I was a bit unsure at first due to the less than 4 star rating on Google but I was very pleased with the service I received!! I called on a Monday and they were able to get me in the very next morning! They offer mobile services as well, you just need to have a garage or carport in case it rains. I utilized the after hours drop-off and it worked well for me. Vicki and McKenzie were very nice and the new windshield looks great! I would definitely come back here in the future!

I hope to not need another windshield replacement but if I do, I will gladly go to Henderson Glass! The customer service was outstanding, I called LYFT for a ride and lost my key. The young lady at the front desk took the time to look for it for me when I called! They completed the job in a timely fashion and it didnt cost me a car note! I would leave no stars if I could. The Henderson glass on miller rd in flint mi was a horrible experience. We had taken in our 2015 Kia Optima for a windshield replacement. Once picked up we noticed a large scratch mark across the hood closest to the windshield with distinct suction cups marks right next to them. We were told they dont use suction cups and that was an old mark. This car is 1.5 years old and I take very good care of my belongings. After talking with the manager Eric who looked at them and said they didnt do that I asked he call his boss he said no and handed me a card and told me to have a good day. Its a $700 repair and I should not have to deal with this. Ive never been more disappointed or aggravated with a company that cant/wont own up to their mistake. I would never recommend this place for anything of glass replacement unless you want additional damage done to your vehicle at your expense!

Came out on time- after left saw trim sealed on right but not on left. Big glob of sealer on trim. crimps on trim where it does not lay flush on window went to store- Miller Rd Flint. Told me had to have appt. Never told that! the tech who did the job said it was cosmetic n was not going to do anything about it. Im sure he was concerned about his job performance. Asked to speak to manager two people behind counter one said he was there the other said he is gone until monday. The gaps between the trim and metal are enough for water, ice n snow to get in and loosen trim. They dont clean up their mess either. One star for on time.SUB-STANDARD INSTALLATION

I could not be more pleased. Everyone I dealt with, on the phone, email, and in person, couldnt have been more professional. There is a very nice and friendly group of people working at Henderson glass, and the quality work was performed as promised and on time.

Contacted them on Friday to have someone come out to measure and give me a quote on a broken sidelight for my front door. Confirmed the appointment for Monday morning between 8 a.m. and noon. No one showed up. Contacted them and they said they had some things come up. A phone call would have been nice so I did not have to waste my day.

Your better off going to safelite auto glass. I had a windshield put in here 19 days later a pebble kick up on the freeway and cracked it. Cheap ass glass if you ask me🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

Best price I could find for my windshield. Great service. Only complaint is I was told it would be PPG glass both over the phone and before installation when I asked, but it ended up being Pilkington, which I did not want. But in reality I should never know the difference.
