Wow!! Never seen so many bad reviews. I was looking for a place to send my boyfriend too. Not going to this one. I think the real issue is management not treating their employees right. If employees are leaving and you have a high turn over rate then it is time to look at the higher ups. Maybe your pay needs to be increased and treat your employees like they mean something. Iam sure they are treated like dirt and unfortunately that trickles down to patient care. I work in the medical field and we have great pay with great bosses. Time to step back and treat the employees better I think.

I spent four months feeling awful because I didnt really need to be on anything. The doctors here are totally pill pushers. I almost flunked out of my semester at college because of this. Depending on who you have, though, they will be willing to work with you beyond just giving you a prescription and sending you out the door (and you might actually be able to talk to the doctor for more than five minutes). I understand that getting people off medications is tricky business, but it would be nice if they really worked with you instead of just pushing their pills.

The customer service here is unbelievably bad. Just wow. I cant believe how rude the receptionists here are to me. Supervisor has been nice and Ive had to reach out to talk to a supervisor twice now just to get some decent customer service. I used to go here a few years back and it was never this bad. Not a good way to treat people that are currently dealing with health problems and just looking for some help. Very upset.

Hi, I have problem that you dont have psychologists doctors for adults. My medicine is not working. It is good for anxiety but not for. Depression. .NOT SUICIDAL. I dont like going to med nurses. They have screwed me up in the past. I do have an appt with the . nurse but I am reluctant. Caseworker is ok. Im not worried about staff, but the quality of psychological care. I also dont like to sign for things I cant see. This I feel violated my rights .I want copies.

Terrible people. My brother that is client in this and they are the most unyielding and nasty people i have ever met. Caseworkers judge clients lifestyles which they have no right to do. They are their for mental health but act like they are there to change everything about a person but also dont want to do thier jobs. So its a a fun mix of i dont like you and i dont care about you.

Very high turnover with social workers. Because of this they are always unorganized.

Ive attended this place befor they are rude nasty and if your going for couples therapy they side with the female. Not saying that I never did wrong but damn you could try to help not fuel the fire and make it worse like they want you to get worse so you habe to come more and there doctor is nothing but a legal drug pusher

Margot dove is very rude and is very demanding talks about other peoples problems when it is Confidential not only me have experienced it but some of my friends have too.. they were going threw marriage theripy and the guy would go and talk to her alone and she go back and tell his wife what his plan was and what he was saying... and the people that prescribe ur pills they kinda force u Ive been on so many pills every month it was crazy this place needs to be shut down and it needs to be shut down NOW! And there dbt program sucks there homework do t make sense its like a collage level....

I worked here for a couple years if u are a hard worker u can make good money here everyone is very help full and u basically make your own hours prob the best place i have ever worked at

Been going here off and on for 15+ years. Since it was only Flushing Rd, and never have i been so dissatisfied with my quality of service. If they need some advice they could start by not firing everybody!

In the last year, I Have no complaints. Wonderful ladies at the desks. Services given ARE helpful

This place is pathetic. I dont like when someone just comes to my home with no calls days ahead but also just roams my home like they own it they have no right what so ever. Last time my son was in the bath completely unclothed and she follows me and my daughter into there. I have three kids I take care of alone it is a handful in its self. I appreciate it if I am not bothered. You have paper work for me well then me and my my boyfriend will set up a time to meet you for that other then that you just dont show up here unannounced. Do your workers not know the meaning of privacy at all? Better straighten this up cause next time she shows here randomly I will call the cops. On top of that I have tried many times to get this bs caseworker switched and this place has failed to do so.

This is the absolute worst facility. There is extreme rollover of employees. When you get in with these new employees they want try to change things that have worked, don’t want address issues that need to be addressed! In my situation their obvious lack of concern almost cost me my life! This is a despicable organization and I will personally do everything in my power to ensure that this pathetic excuse is no longer able to manipulate any mor consumers!!

There is a high turn over in employees due to many factors including the high stress and sub wages. one would have to work 70+ hours a week to make decent pay. there is a bonus system. but paying $11. 55 per hour is an insult to professionals.

This company is a disgrace! Been a consumer here for almost 6 years. Have watched employees be like a revolving door. Can’t get anything that is needed! It’s a pity that this company preys on those that need help! Shameful!!

My wife comes here has seemes to help alot place is great and the other day there maitnence guy seen i was having trouble starting my car and he came over and helped me

Great therapist very concerned and compassionate. My therapist is the best!!!

Poor Service I try to talk to the doctor and address whats going on, but it seems like they dont care about what I have to say, all they do is prescribe a prescription for the problem and send you on your way, they never seem to treat the main reason for the problem, for this if possible to I would give negative 1,000,0000 stars, not worth my time, please fix this issue.

This is the worst place ever they dont care about your children the case worker I have for my child calls at crazy hours of the day when you call their supervisor they never respond Ive been calling for 2 weeks and no one will contact me back Im better off being my own child case worker this place needs to be closed down

The people here are not good the customer service here is absolutely terrible. I hated it here and will never recommend it to anyone! Horrible!
