Best experience I have ever had at the dentist. All of the staff members are so nice, caring and friendly. I finnally found a dentist that I trust and am comfortable with. I will be going there from now on. I have not been to the dentist for many years because of bad experiences. They made me feel so at ease.

After going through the first three dentists I told all of them that my teeth needed to be longer. I expressed this many times and the teeth kept coming back unchanged. The 4th dentist was not hearing the word longer and kept giving me excuses. It took a while but they finally were getting there. I told her I was happy with them. The last dentist I saw was amazing. When I explained everything to her she listened and said I understand what you are saying . She finished me up today. You have an amazing staff!!!

I was completely satisfied with the entire visit. The care was above and beyond great!! They answered the number of questions that I had. They thoroughly explained what was going on with my teeth and how to slow and stop further deterioration. Also my mouth and gums didnt hurt after the suburb cleaning I received. The dentist herself is amazing, the receptionist on the other hand never answer the phone and forget to schedule things when they do answer. Id suggest hiring new receptionists.

The 1st visit was good when emergency visits only sat for an hour and a 1/2 in the waiting room to get in a room 2nd was it was all right Ive got told that my jaw bone had deteriorated I need to get my teeth pulled in a partial plate ok third appointment and git my teeth pulled they said itd be 4 to 6 months roughly to get my partial and go back and now their telling me its gonna be over a year because I have to have all my fillings all my cleanings and everything else done before I can be fitted for my partial and I cant even get filings until December. So 4 appointment no real discussion about my plate and how the process works. Then get told have to have all my fillings done before being fitted and then bam cant get in for filings until December and then a cleaning god only knows when so it will be almost a year before I can get a partial thats not how things should be done I need my teeth it hard to eat and have lost almost 35 pounds because I cant eat properly.

I am 68 years old and have always had a fear of Dentistry but My Community Dental made me feel so comfortable and the lady I worked with was so gentle and took time to explain and advise my dental issues, I have been going for a couple of years now and will be back

I went there today because I had an infected tooth and just wanted it pulled. My dental assistant Tiffany was awesome! I absolutely loved her! Im terrified of dentists and she made sure I was calm and comfortable before anything started. She showed me all the tools for extractions and their functions. She even held my hand during the procedure. I wasnt expecting it and it surprised me but she made me way more comfortable and calmer. Tiffany, youre awesome and thank you so much!! I would give 10 stars but they only allow 5 🤷‍♀️

This place is great, no complaints. Everyone that Ive dealt with here has been very kind, beyond expectations, and both dentists that Ive seen have been top notch. My insurance originally had me going to a different dentist, closer to home, but then switched me here. Its like night and day. Im very happy here.

The doctor and the staff were all so friendly and thorough but most importantly they were very understanding and didnt make me feel like less than a human for having dental problems. If every dentists office were like MCDC, I wouldnt have dental issues.

The ENTIRE staff made me feel at ease and completely comfortable before they ever start any procedures!! I actually look forward to going to the dentist now!!! My boyfriend had an infection from a broken tooth and needed to be seen. The receptionist helped register him when I couldnt get through to registration and was so nice/helpful. She did everything she could to get him in immediately even after he was in to much pain to make it that day. When he was able to go, I called and again she went above and beyond to get him seen right away. He loved his experience with the Dental assistant, raving about her and her jokes. As well as with the dentist. He never felt any pain and was able to be in and out in about 40 minutes. He says he will not go anywhere else ever again.

At my Community Dental Center, I have found that each and every person Ive come across has a great personality and they constantly smile. It makes you feel welcome to come into the office. Theyre chair-side manner is top notch. Since I just got my painting done today on June 22nd 2020 oh, I found it very efficient that when I got there all I had to do was call and let them know that I was there and they came out to my car to have me sign paperwork and to do a fever check. All was good and I was a escorting. directly into my chair so there was no waiting in the waiting room. The doctor checked my teeth out and then I got a dental cleaning and I was out with in 25 minutes. I would highly recommend this place if you want a caring professional to Monitor and take care of your dental needs

Went back for my 2 time and was so nervous about teeth pulled a lot of them and they was so good with me and so nice the girl even held my hand and made me feel so much more comfortable i have very high anxiety and she was such a nice women. Amidst the pandemic, the staff make you feel comfortable as best as they can. Very accommodating with scheduling. They also use your wrist to check your temp, instead of aiming it at your forehead.

This dentist office is a godsend, I have experienced some very bad and I mean bad experience s with the dentist s in my past which made me give up on my teeth, finally I met this dentist office that I actually look forward to going to dentist now, as it was to late for my teeth so ended up getting dentures. But I am telling you you want to go here especially if you have have experienced BAD dentists ! The staff are ABSOLUTELY the Best and they take my insurance which also made it hard for me to find a good dentist SO ALL YOU HATERS Ive found the dentist you all are looking for!!!!!

I honestly dont like going to the dentist, I found this one and was nervous at first then I met Dr Smith and he told me I needed my tooth pulled.. Well I was expecting him to numb me and leave and then come back but he didnt he stayed with me and pulled it out within a couple minutes.. He is a great dentist.. And the staff is truly the sweetest ladies Ive ever met. and the front desk lady is the best one ever, and she is super sweet. They all make me feel so comfortable and welcome I wouldnt go to any other dentist.❤❤❤❤❤❤ keep up the great work everyone

Dental assistant made me feel very comfortable as a new patient and put my mind at ease. She explained everything she was doing and was just wonderful! The dentist came in, assured me everything would be fine and gave me instructions on what to do until my next appointment. Overall everyone was nice, accommodating and exceeded my expectations. I’m glad I found this dental office and I will refer others who may be looking.

Drove 45minutes because they called me for my initial visit and to get a cleaning and when I get there they tell me I have to wait up to three hours to be seen I wait to be seen all they did was X-rays and scheduled me for another day... They didn’t even do a cleaning!!! Horrible customer service

They take care of their patients. They do thorough check ups for adults and kids. Theyll check for cancer on adults. They make sure the kids have the proper fluoride treatments they need during their cleaning treatments. Id recommend them.

Safe practice and Covid 19 awareness in place. Staff is always prompt and curteous. I would like it more so if it had an in house lab but they make up for it in customer service.

I had to go in and see the dentist because I needed to have what I thought was a filling put back into my tooth. What I want up having to have done was to have that actual tooth removed because it had gotten infected and thats why the filling fell out. The current dentist, who is retiring on November 26th, was awesome! She gave me a shot to numb my mouth and was able to pull out my back molar without too much problem. I had to wait a week for my mouth to heal and to get my partial back with the extra tooth on it, but she took her time and fix it so that it fit my mouth rather than grinding away at my teeth like other dentist have 250 partial. All in all, I am impressed with this dental office. Everyone from the dental hygienist, to the girl that filled my fillings, to the dentist and even the receptionist have all treated me like I matter and with such respect and care. Theyve only seen me twice, so we have not had much of a time to bond or get to know one another, but I am impressed that they treated me like I was family. I am so happy I chose My Community Dental Center.

The staff was really nice. Jessica, the girl that took me back and did my x-rays was really good and very nice & professional. Dr. Bibbick (? spelling) was really good, I didnt even know she was done until she said so. She was awesome at giving the anesthesia, I barely even felt her giving me the shot! Madison visit went really well for just being 21 months old.

I came in for an emergency visit. I only had to wait about 2 hours, maybe little less. Doctor was thorough and down to earth. Have to go back for more work, hopefully they still do a good job. I want to add that I went back for a cleaning and they did awesome. Told my hygienist that she did amazing. Not afraid to go back, cause I hate the dentist, to get a couple cavities filled! Highly recommended

I went to my community dental center in flint after my dentist office in Saginaw township is closed for renovations due to a dental emergency. The staff and dentist were very friendly and accommodating. I was able to get right in and taken care of in a timely manner. Highly recommended

I have always had a great experience here, great staff and Dentists that have came and gone. I went in today and met Dr. Smith for the first time.... He did not introduce himself to me. Walked in and said whats wrong and I told him what was bothering me and he totally dismissed what I had said prior. Then as I went to talk back to him, he walked out of the room ignoring that I had even said anything. Needless to say I will make the hour drive to other office and Dentist Ive seen before.

The office staff is awesome and Dr. Bibik is as well. I have always been treated with courtesy and respect. I cant say as much for the two additional dentists I have seen. Since my last post, I have had to go back a minimum of 25 times. All I have tried to do is to get a set acceptable dentures made. If one thing was tweaked, it threw something else off. The last time I was in there, I was told there was no more they could do for me. So, I am stuck without any dentures and that have caused my face to cave in on one side where the muscles are gone. I blame these two dentists and I consider it a damn shame that the amount of money we make reflects the type of Medical/Dental care we receive.
