Wasted my money. Went to get a refund in under 30 days, and they literally told me “Even the big companies don’t let you wait a few weeks for a return”. Complained that I didn’t call them when I had a job and college to deal with, tried to get there as soon as I had free time, and literally every place I’ve been to has a 30 day policy so I thought I’d be okay. Back when I bought the laptop, I didn’t realize that I couldn’t overclock HP computers (will not let you go into the BIOS) and it wouldn’t run old or light load games even though they said it could run older pc games. I could (and have) easily build a budget PC better than what they offered.Seriously, unless you’re armed with a ton of knowledge on computers (I thought I knew enough but was proven wrong), don’t come here. I don’t doubt they may have some good stuff, but the chances are it will be overpriced and you could likely build something cheaper. Go to Best Buy, Walmart, anywhere with an electronics department that’s much more reliable. I’m all for supporting small businesses, but not when they’re like this.I do hope they improve, but I will not be risking my money to check any time soon. I know I didn’t get a refund because you guys are a small business, and you probably need every cent you can get your hand on. I hope you inform your customers better and treat them better as you grow. Best wishes.(Note: this is from my experience a year ago.
