Living in flint I don’t question a lot of things however if you’re gonna run a business then I suggest posting a sign if you change your times.We went this month I was just going around to the pawnshops to do some shopping because we are bored and none of the times that we went to the shop to stop in for the time that we’re on his door they weren’t open. Not too sure if you’re living in your pawnshop or what but if you are maybe you need to get curtains or be decent.Not judging I don’t care but if your business then you need to post on Facebook change your time and Google because people are going to stop in and wonder why you’re not open on a Tuesday like people have posted or on a Wednesday when you’re supposed to be open at those times.I understand Covid has changed a lot just kind of a disappointment in wasting of peoples time and gas.

Stopped in to check out an electric guitar and amp. The owner is a guitarist as well and was EXTREMELY helpful. I have no knowledge of the instrument, and he took the time to explain to me what to look for in buying a used guitar & amp. He seemed to have no interest in making a quick buck, He pointed out a few details and made sure i would know what to look for if i decided to try another shop instead. I have a lot of respect for the way this store treated me.

They over sell. Low ball you on your price but sell for more. Offered my boyfriend 10 dollars for his crestwood guitar, and had the same exact one on the wall for 190. Theyre cheap, and expect to sell for over the top.

I went to dianes pawn at 11:30 am on a Tuesday and the store was locked and dark. What if I had come to pick up a pawned item? How do they sell anything if they are closed? I was hoping to do business but now I dont feel confident.

Took in a vacuum pump for some gas money to go get my boat and got a loan. No where on my receipt does it have a timeline. After a month I call to see what I owe and I’m told it’s still there and they needed to talk to their boss, after 4 days of trying to get an answer I’m told they decided to sell it after being told it was there and I was waiting to talk to their boss. They are crooks and just trying to make money anyway they can. Don’t trust these lowlifes with anything, use musicman pawn where they are honest employees.
