After reviewing other nearby car washes I decided on this and I am so glad I did! The guy who took my money and started my wash was so polite and friendly, made sure I had a punch card, explained all the details regarding rewards, and gave a free vacuum token good for 15 minutes.Anytime I’m nearby, I will return for sure and I definitely would recommend this business!

Thank you Krispy Klean for showing me how you REALLY feel about customers when their car is damaged! They wont worry about it if a piece of your car is knocked off. They wont stop during rush hour to find the missing piece and make sure other cars arent running it over!

I had my car washed today. As I was exiting the dryer area, I heard a loud bang on my car. Looked at my trunk area and found a scratch over a foot long with a paint chip missing next to it. The photo shows the two lines of water droplets parallel to the scratch. The water would not form this pattern without an object moving across the wet surface. The owner told me his equipment doesnt move over the car where my damage was located. I just earned my free car wash with ten purchases I am a regular customer. I hope the owner can reply to this post with a better explanation than denial.

The vacuum kept making noise but stopped picking stuff up as soon as another car turned their vacuum on. Then I drove thru and got a regular wash but was still dirty when I got home. 😕
