Always have loved this car wash. They do a amazing job. I have a 2018 Charger and a 2020 Silverado so Im very picky about were I wash them. They always get my business!

I just wish car mechanics wouldn’t treat women the way they do. I get bullshited and up charged because “I don’t know what I’m doing with my car because I’m a woman” very unhappy that I paid extra for the better oil change that told me they’d check all the fluids and make sure their all good but come to find out they didn’t even refill my windshield wiper fluid. 🙄😒

I prefer the Fast Eddies car Wash on Miller road over the Fast Eddies on Pierson road. The Fast Eddies on Pierson road seems to have equipment that really beats into your car, leaving scratches in the paint. I stopped taking my vehicle to the one on Pierson road. I now exclusively take my vehicle to the one on Miller road because the washer equipment seems to be more gentle on my car.

Tired of the poor wash job at the Miller Road location. Usually the back of the car never gets clean, this time it was the front. They made no effort to get bugs off of car. The bottom sides of the car isn’t clean either. Even though it’s close to home, I will find somewhere else to clean my car.

I always come here for my car washes. Amazing employees who are fast, professional and nice. They always have great and fast service. Just went during my 30 minutes break for work and was worried about timing. With a line of 6 cars ahead of me, I was back at my work within 10 minutes. I was mind blown!

I love this car wash, they do a great job on my SUV, and the team is friendly and polite. I only use this from November through April because I drive a convertible from May through October. I buy the monthly rate which allows me to wash the truck as often as needed for a low monthly charge which they allow me to cancel in April and reopen on November

Mixed feelings about this place. I should probably preface this, I do most of my own work on my 6 (98 or older) vehicles, and have done everything from basic maintenance to restorations to swapping out an automatic trans for a manual trans. Based on the condition of them, most mechanics recognize right away that I know more than the average customer would to keep them in as good of shape as they are, and assume I know more about my vehicle than they will. I took my old (84 Ford) truck there 1.5 years ago, after calling them and the supervisor explaining their procedures, to have some fluids changed out because I simply didnt have the time to do it myself. I liked what I heard, and it ended up being a great experience.Thats why, when temps were well below freezing a few weeks ago and one of my other vehicles (94 Jimmy) needed an oil change, I decided to take it to them, rather than do it myself and freeze my fingers off. That experience left me with a sour taste in my mouth; it wasnt any big thing specifically, but several little things that when put together just didnt sit well.First, the primary guy working topside on my car didnt seem to have the most professional attitude; it was a bit obvious he didnt like that I declined a car wash and his attempt to upsell me to the high mileage oil change, and that I insisted I only wanted the regular oil change, nothing else. Then, as they started, he made some remarks to one of his coworkers about my vehicle that Im sure he thought I didnt catch. I get it, it may not be your cup of tea, and it was definitely dirty and has some areas the clear coat is pealing, but it is in better shape than many cars half its age. Have some professionalism. If the customer thinks you dont care at all about their car or respect it, itll make them question the quality of the work youre doing.The next thing was the oil filter; I saw topside tech set the oil filter on the ground for the guys in the pit to grab and install underneath. These cars have a remote oil filter mounted up top to the fender, so I mentioned it, got out (1st time), and showed him where it was (I get it, its not a normal location). Hes not able to get the filter off, so he calls over one of the other guys, whos also struggling to unscrew it. I look though the gap in the hood, and notice hes tightening it. Ive made the mistake myself, since youre sort of trying to do it upside down. I point it out, because hes bending my inner fender, and I dont want him to cause damage. He tries the other direction briefly, but it doesnt work because hed just overtightened it, and so goes back to trying the wrong direction. Despite my insistence (as he continues to struggle), he states Im going the right way and the last guy must not have oiled the seal, or used a wrench. Um, I was the last guy, and I only ever put them on hand tight. Did you oil the seal?! Always do. I then get out (2nd time) and show him he is indeed, trying to turn it the wrong way.Not even an apology for dismissing me, for making the wrong accusation against the last guy, not a word. I get it, no one likes a customer telling you youre doing part of your job wrong, but I also didnt want him damaging my car.Last thing was when they closed the hood; they slammed it, bending the safety catch so it wouldnt close, and continued to try slamming it shut (blaming the rust on the latch) until I got out (3rd time), bent the latch back into place, and closed it nice and gentle without issue.Like I said, just several little things that overall left me with a sour taste. I gave them 3 stars because of the first experience, otherwise it would only be one. I might still go back in the future if I have time/weather constraints preventing me from doing it myself, but it wont be without hesitation.

They were very packed today but the employees made sure line for the car wash moved quickly and effectively.

Supposedly got an oil change and air in my tires. When the guy showed me the oil stick it didn’t look right so soon as I got home I checked and sure enough there was no oil!! And before I left I asked was there air put into my tire and he lied straight to my face cause I didn’t see nobody put air in my tire that was a red flag! I went there Saturday and called Monday and they told me to come up there well after Saturday visit I don’t trust them. They deserve 0 stars

The people here are very knowledgeable and good at their work. They will recommend service for your car only if you need it and are scheduled to have it according to the manufacturers timeline. They will not be pushy about the extra service and will often add a discount to your bill when doing multiple services. I have been coming here for over 7 years.

Just got an oil change here. I’m not one for good recommendations but I have to commend the folks that work here. Everyone is so kind, they upsell you without feeling like you were robbed, and engage in appropriate conversations while working. Jay serviced my car and was so awesome! This place definitely has a great group of workers. I had to share!

We cancelled our monthly membership due to lack of services paid for but not available far too many times. Vacuums not hooked up in late afternoons, vehicle left with far too much soap on the back tailgate of our van. Not to mention having to make an appointment to clean the inside is tough to do when the person you need to speak to to make an appointment work bankers hours. Also recently learned The Works plan doesnt work. We took our van to Jax and the vehicle came out so clean and shiny with the everything plan with full service. Made this place look like childs play. But what set us over the edge was they advertise UNLIMITED but put limits on ONCE A DAY. Excuse me, that is NOT defined an UNLIMITED when you impose limits. Looking for another car wash with amenities which are reliable without LIMITS.

I feel bad for doing this because its a family owned and ran business, but for what I paid I couldve done better with dish soap and a rag in my driveway. Paid for the works and my truck isnt looking like it got the works. Bugs still stuck to the grill, windshield, and mirrors. Tire shine is nowhere to be seen though I watched him put it on. Streaks of dirt left behind. I will say when I first started through the tunnel I was impressed by the thick rainbow foam. You dont see that at Scrub-a-Dub or other tunnels but when I stepped out to inspect the work I was disappointed. Tunnel car washes arent what they used to be. Ill be looking to invest in my own equipment to DIY my vehicles.

I go out of my way to come to this location. I trust them, they are honest with me, and they do not try to sway or pressure me. I am a woman who doesn’t know a ton about my vehicle, but they never make me feel like it. I ask questions and they give every answer willingly and without judgment. I love always seeing the same familiar faces. I won’t take my car anywhere else.

I go through the fast eddies car wash at least 1x/week, and this week got my oil changed. As a female, it’s important for me to feel comfortable because it’s very apparent when car services try to take advantage of women for a general lack of knowledge. i felt very safe bringing my car here, and it was very clear that they are honest people. 10/10

I got a good wash. The guy taking the money spent a lot of time with a spray wand in his hand pre-washing my truck before going through the wash. Only problem he was the only one there. He took my payment, sprayer my car.,ran to the other end to towel dry, then scrubbed my wheels and treated my tires with dressing, all before getting to the the next vehicle in line. I take my hat off to that kid (and tipped him) as he really hustled. However, Fast Eddies can drop the fast in their names as it took at least 10 minutes not continuous a long wait in line. At least leave the fast moniker out of their name until they hire at least one more employee.

We came to get an oil change but it wasn’t needed and he was honest with us and let us know when we needed to do it. Most car places will rip you off and do it anyway but Dustin was very helpful and nice and didn’t do that. We appreciate his honesty and will be coming back.

Ive been getting my oil changed here for about 4 years. The staff are always friendly. Sometimes there can be a long wait, but usually not. Car wash options are nice and you get a wash for free if you purchase their bundle #3, which includes tire refill and full engine inspection.

I drive a ton for work, at this point know everybody by name here. They do great work and have always made recommendations on services needed for my car but never made me feel bad if I wanted to hold off until the next oil change. They do good work!

I normally have great service here. Pulled up today however during business hours (with an hour till close) and was told by the employees standing inside that they were closed.

I dont use the oil change service here. But its standard stuff. The proprietor does not heat or cool the oil change area, which is unacceptable to me in 100 degrees or 25 degrees. Carwash is fairly priced and pretty good (not perfect) surface cleaning.

My usual place to change oil is in Troy, but this time I was in a need to a fast change oil in Flint. I went to this place and they tried to sell me all kind of things. I said no. I just wanted a change oil. I went to NYC and came back and the car was showing that I needed a new oil change. I came to another place in Flint and they told me that Fast Eddies has taken the air filter and not put it back...because I supposed they forgot....I just wanted a simple oil change.If you are a women...do not go there...they pressure you to buy services you do not want. And when you say no to the extra services, the quality of the service go down to very bad.What would have happened if I have problems in the middle of the mountains of Philadelphia because they did a cheap job? WOW....

Good wash here. They give a good hand wash to knock off the larger dirt before you go into the machine. Hand dry on your way out.

Good place for oil change

Sitting here for over 1 hour now for a oil change, because they sold me to have my transmission fluid changed (GM says to have it done every 50,000 miles). When the machine would not work to pull my transmission fluid out they told me I would have to pay extra to have the filter and gasket changed. I thought I should get it included because I didnt break the machine. I didnt say that and told him yes I would pay the extra. Well now 2 hours into this Im starting to get real upset as I can hear them under my truck having a hard time getting the transfer case back up high enough to put back together. Im posting this just in case my truck is not put back together correctly I will have something documenting my issue. I can not believe I chose to have this place do this work for me. I wish they would just do a oil change and recommend what needs to be done and a good mechanic where to take it.

The free vacuums are pretty good except they really dont suck. You have to go over the same spot like 5 times in order to get the mess up.

Stopped in to get an appointment for car detailing and was told to call the next morning to talk with The manager. When I called he was doing an oil change and said hed be a few minutes and hed call me back. Its been 12 hours since that call. Guess they dont want my buisness.

I love Fast Eddies and have a membership for their car wash. That being said, the Flint locations carwash was horrible. It beat my car harder than any Ive ever been through in my life. In between two stages something hit the top of my car twice so hard I checked for dings. No idea what it was, but it seemed like someone threw a can or something lol never again.
