He had my car for a bit but was able to service my BMW on four separate occasions. Mr overall satisfaction is keeps bringing me back

I called them for 2 days and no one would answer the phone

A friend recommended this repair shop to me based on the service that she received. I was not disappointed. Rob was so personable. I felt that he was genuine and that he was not trying to rip me off. As a matter of fact, he gave me a $70.00 discount. The quality of the work was satisfactory. I have also recommend A-One a.k.a. Robs Affordable Auto Repair to others. I consider myself as a returning customer from now on.

I didnt give him 5 stars because at first him not being able to fix by range rover in the time he specified worried me but this mans and his team never gave up on my car and so I would always consider him a reliable mechanic. Always good to have one of those!

The owner Rob is not honest about his prices and I believe he puts on used parts or has his other auto techs do the same.. and charges for brand new parts and then marks up the prices on the parts.. he probably gets them from Tiger Auto Salvage in Burton.. he and his company are a red flag and anyone thinking of going there stay clear and run...
