Bought a pt cruizer suppose to have good airbag. shipper drop it off and the airbag is blown. engine is making noise as well.called 3 times and finally today they said sold as is nothing they can do .biggest piece of wasted money ever .bought over 400 cars from iaai the last year and half.only other problen i had was with iaai in long island ny and i didnt buy a single car from them since then. i guess you dont need my buisness anymore . thank you

THE WORST MANAGEMENT!!!!! Driver showed up to pick up a vehicle and they wont release it because he was there at 4:45pm, and they do not release after 4:30pm. NEED to change the staff for a good experience.

Poor managment. Parts were stolen off car-- parts that were visible in the pictures were missing when picked up. Manager did not care and gave me the run around. Other locations value thier customers and make right.

This is really Horrible place to do business with I paid for the fee $120 to get it out they put the car in the front of the parking lot I left for 30mins came back they put the car back in and closed the gate and left I came from different state I had to get a hotel for the night till the next day to get out the car they couldn’t just left it in the front parking lot. last time I’m doing busy at this branch

Bought several run and drive cars. The cars would not start upon delivery and all had blown engines or transmissions. Iaai refused to even attempt to help. Buyer beware, the conditions stated are entirely false.
