I lived here some years ago and I loved it. Wish I had never left. Im praying that Im able to go back. Ive never had a problem with management. Tammy was always working to provide a clean and respectful living space. I never really had a bad problem with management. I just decided I was going to maybe purchase a house, but I love apartment living. Im so ready to go back to this property. Should have never left💖😊

Would make an amazing place to live if you have pet bugs and want them to make new friends. The staff are very unresponsive and mean if you ask them to fix anything. Once you sign a lease dont expect them to do anything but cash a check. Also my vehicle was broken into 2 times and their cameras dont work.

I lived at riverwood apt for 10 years would have been there longer but due to health reasons I had a hard time with steps. Tammi and staff were so nice, never had any problems, Jason the maintenance man was always helpful, if you ever need a safe and clean place to live look no further, it is definitely a 5 star rating

Nice apartments but the rent is kinda high.If you are on a set budget.

I have been here for a couple of months now and I love it. The staff in the office were very friendly and helpful and got me into my apartment very quickly. It was a very easy and smooth process. I would recommend this place to any friend or family member.

Riverwood is a great place to call home.The grounds are always kept immaculate.The apartments are nice and spacious. The staff is amazing Tammy and Kristen will go above and beyond to make your living experience enjoyable. Highly recommend

The office manager is very unprofessional. When you move in, sweet as pie. But as a resident she treats people terribly! She has hung up on my twice because she doesnt want to answer my questions. I love the apartment, the location, and my neighbors. Management is a huge issue!

I’ve been living here for a couple of months now and I love my very spacious apartment. The location is centralized, and close to just about everything. I love that they’re pet friendly, and they have a little dog walking trail that we’ll be checking out once the weather is a little nicer. I would certainly recommend Riverwood Apartments.

Riverwood Luxury Apartments are the best kept apartments, in the local area. The maintenance staff and property managers are, always, working to ensure that the property grounds are well-maintained, clean, and the exterior is inviting. Noise is kept to a minimum. Interior maintenance requests are granted, within a reasonable time frame, and the location is ideal for one desiring privacy yet being within close proximity to shopping and dining. Additionally, lease rates are fair for this exclusive apartment-condo-esque style of living.

These apartments are awesome and well managed . They do not play about community rules which leads to great order.

Riverwood staff are really nice. My mom moved here 11 years ago and love it. I like that when we need assistance with anything the Staff are willing to assist. My mom is a senior and require special care because of her age. The staff always ask her if she needs anything when the rent is due they are willing to pick it up. If something goes wrong and a repair is needed we have never waited over 24 hours. I think the price is fare with all the amenities we receive.

I have lived at Riverwood for quite sometime now and have loved every minute of it!!...Any issue that I have ever had has been resolved in a timely manner..Property managers Kristen and Tammy are always professional, personable, thoughtful, and respectful..Riverwood has a beautiful nature filled scenery, a family oriented community, and great accommodations for my four legged kiddos as well!!...Im so very proud to call Riverwood home!!!..

Lived there for over 12 years. Had a great experience from day one. Near almost everything you’d need. Schools, Walmart, Malls, Theater, Medical facilities, eateries. For some even work. Practically a central location. Quite. Maintenance is on time. I can’t say anything negative that I’ve experienced. Only one I can think of and ONCE...out the years residing sidewalk snow removal wasn’t removed in early morning. But by 8am it was cleared. Other than that, a pleasant experience. Staff is at work on time, and ready to assist your needs. After hours, there’s an emergency number, which also is prompt. Once I had a health emergency and Tammie Marshall the manager learned of it. Called immediately and spoke with the Paramedics to know if they needed of assistance. You don’t stay at a facility that long and experience bad service. Would you..?!

Multiracial Luxury Apartments never been in them but its a great atmosphere and quiet I just commute from there

Dont move here. The quality of these apartments are a facade. They look nice, but the management is shotty and does not put much into true maintenance. Not to mention the property manager is rude and obnoxious.

Do not recommend. When I wanted to move due to increase in rent and not being able to afford it, the apt manage acted like she wanted to help until I told her I was moving. After that, she treated me very poorly and was very vindictive nickle and diming me by keeping my security deposit and charging excessive cleaning costs. She also took pictures of an apartment that wasnt mine for court. This experience has tarnished my view on landlords.

The lady who works at the office is so rude. She yelled at me, just because she showed me the apartment from inside, and I told her, I will tell my wife about it and will let you know by tomorrow morning.By the time I said that to her, her face changed, and she screamed and talked very rude to me.I never recommend this place.I finally rent an apartment in Heatherwood apartement in Grand Blank. Cheaper, better offer, and very very nice employees!!!

We were in hurry to move to the apartment that would be available by the end of August 2018, and we start contacting them the beginning of Augest end of July of 2018.They helped us by contacting the lady who were in that apartment and planning to move, and they kept us updated.Later on, we called them the 8/22/2018 to see if we can see the house because we needed to have an idea of the how the apartment looks like from the inside because we need to ordsr the furniture soon because we were running out of time and we have to order some of the things soon!! They told us you can come tomorrow which is the 23 of Augest and see the apartment and get the key since they lady is leaving. My husband went that day to see the apartment and he faced time me since I was in Detroit having an appointment. And after my husband saw it and faced time me, he told them okay, my wife and I will come tomorrow (8/24/18) early on the morni g so she can get a better look at the house since the connection were not really good and I were not really able to see the apartment through face-time, and will give the the final decision! Especially that the house looked a little different than the way the explained it to us! (It was NOT sunny as what they said, and the sun doesnt come early in the morning to the bedroom as what they said, the view were different, and some other things were different then what they said. So I really wanted to see they apartment before we rent it.They were sooooo mad at my husband and the lady turned to be so mean with him after he told her that, and she was yelling we dont have time to show you the apartment, its not our job to do that!!! And she turned around and leave!!!I was still facing time him while that happened,and I was very shocked from the way she was talking and yelking at him! She was soooo rude!!So we end up not wanted to go back to that coplex not any more, and we looked for a different complex which is Heatherwood at Grand Blanc and they were very nice and the comples in new and better that Riverwood!!!My husban and I do NOT recommend this complex to anyone!!!
