I have used LuAnn’s service several times but only once when I moved back to Memphis. She helped me lower the amount I owed the IRS even though I was no longer in Arizona. I was so grateful for her help. But I haven’t reached out to her again since then because my taxes weren’t very complicated after that. But today I had a question about taxes and IRAs. Not only did she return my call quickly but she immediately sent me information to help me with my questions. She is joy to work with and she really cares. She is upfront with what she knows and what she doesn’t know she’ll find out. Honest, professional and very friendly. I’d recommend her to anyone who needs an incredible CPA.

I dont normally write reviews. I have filed with LuAnn this March for last year tax return. Right now its August and I still didnt received my return, because they used completely different routing number for my direct deposit. I had to call and talk to her assistant and I gave correct numbers, but once it was filed, the number were put wrong. When she emailed me my file, there was no bank information, she asked me to call, because she didnt want me to email it. I called IRS several months after I filed and they confirmed that the routing number was wrong. After emailing LuAnn, she said I signed the file and agreed to the information she filed, but it didnt contain the bank information. After all, it was their mistake. At the end, she didnt even want to refund me for her services. Im NOT coming back and DONT recommend her at all. Again, its August and I still dont have my refund.Update: After hours and hours on the phone with IRS and the bank, it turns out that there is a person that has an account at the same bank with this wrong account information and that person received my refund. I had to talk to IRS and file different forms they require for displaced refunds. I also got a transcript of my tax filing to bring to the bank and show that the money went through. At the end, I got a check in a mail almost a year after filing. I have met with LuAnn several months ago to call both the IRS and bank about the issue and she was helpful to make calls with me, but it didnt help much, since every time I make another call, I had to explain the issue all over again.
