I have been here a handful of times, and its always this same pompous guy working here. Anyway, here are some tips, always have a model number, it can be located somewhere on the machine you are working on. Dont assume that if you call it in, they would keep a record of the motor you are working on, write it down. Because they will keep asking you what you are working on every time you ask for a different part. I can only suspect the gas smell in the small room is getting them high with the questionable memory. Im being generous here and giving a 3 star. Even though I bought a part, but my particular part came in two variations and they ordered the wrong one, go figure. I get back to the store to order another part and realize I didnt have my model information so I couldnt order a new part, hence the tip mentioned above. I figure I get on Briggs and Stratton online and call in the the particular part I really need the following day, but my searches came up with another retailer that had the same part which was significantly cheaper, way cheaper, AND they delivered in two days, not a week, in which I waited for at AZ power and Lawn. And when I installed my part into my machine it ran perfectly. They might argue on quality, but quality doesnt really matter when you use a machine that runs for about 3-4 months out of the year, maybe once a week, depending on how much you cut your grass. Honestly, do a little research online, and it will probably save you time and money.

The attitude of the guy that works there tho.. always makes u feel really small. Rolls his eyes up to customers questions, and frowns. Idk. I want to go and buy parts there but, reluctant due to his demeaner..

We found this place back in 2012. Extremely fair priced & knowledgeable & willing to educate his customers(i.e. greasing a bar). I will go to this shop for service, repair, & parts as long as Im in AZ. These guys do great work & will tell you up front if something cant be fixed.

A reputable stihl dealer with competitive prices, very knowledgeable, and veteran owned. I will will always use them for my stihl service needs. If you are coming here for a hot latte and a hug, go elsewhere, they know their stuff, and can keep your stihl products running.

I purchased a chainsaw on line and had nothing but frustration with it. I had taken it to one shop twice and, although I paid for adjustments and work that was done, the saw still did not run properly. I took it in to Az Power and Lawn and Chris spent twenty minutes on the spot with it. He was amazing, and ladies, Chris will patiently educate you with zero man splaining. I highly recommend Chris!

Never had a bad experience. Sometimes you have to wait for them to special order something. I own some Honda stuff but I trust all of my equipment in thier more then qualified hands.

I like this place and returned for more services. I use to be Page Honda customer, but after I had bad experiences with loud mouth person that took care of customers. I wouldnt go back at all. That was call for. They lost my business 100% and wouldnt recommended to anyone for parts and services.So I had to go elsewhere for my chainsaws, parts and tune up services. I totally recommend this place and they definitely know chainsaw parts.

Yes, the person behind the counter had what we needed to make the proper repairs, but never offered to help. he had a horrible attitude about the Chinese made chainsaw, & the Chinese people who made this brand. its safe to say that I will never return to this establishment.

No problem solving skills here. If they cant find the exact part to order you are out of luck. I fixed my own machine with the help of a bike shop and less than $20 in parts on hand.

I called Brad the day before and spoke with him about chain saws. I live in Phoenix and called around the valley but wasnt finding answers to my questions. Hes very knowledgeable about all his chain saws. I decided to go with the Stihl MS391. I drove up the following day, and when he was ringing me up, he pointed out the saw comes with a 10% discount which he could have kept for himself, and I wouldnt have known. I think that says a lot about a business. Saw works great. Brads an All American hard working guy that takes care of his customers and Im grateful I found him.

Born and raised in Flagstaff I always remember frequenting AZ Power and Lawn for all my Stihl needs (I bought my first Stihl chainsaw here, a 038 Magnum which I still have and use to this day). Since relocating to Phoenix I cant seem to find a quality Stihl establishment. Recently I re-visited AZ Power and Lawn with a few obscure part requests for 20 year old saws. To my surprise the owner typed them into his computer and within seconds he had them sitting in front of me! I couldnt have been happier! Thank you AZ Power and Lawn for great customer service and stocking a wide variety of parts!

I had a troybilt generator with briggs and stratton motor. i had a broken rocker arm. at first i had issues locating the motor model number but they figured it out, ordered the part and called when it came in. had me back in business within 3 days. these guys are very helpful and knowledgable.

Owner is a jerk...very disrespectful towards his customers...I was standing in line for service and I heard him rudely bad mouth a customer after they had left the store, very distasteful so I left and never return. I have also heard this from fellow woodsman who refuse to go to his store because of this. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM OF HAVE SERVICE DONE THERE!!!!
