Where to begin in NOT recommending this broker? If youre considering selling your property with this group, look elsewhere. My perspective as a potential buyer for one of their listings at 1000 N Beaver. This property was listed for $320K, very very very low for the comps in the area. I was willing to make an offer, escalating in price, and would have gone to $425K - more than $100K over their list price!!!! I can pay cash, close in just 3 days, wouldnt need any concessions. I emailed them through their site, I tried calling, and got no response. I then contacted two other brokers, who tried calling them several times and did not get calls back. They did reply below and say that showings were available by appointment to licensed REALTORS - but I know two REALTORS who called and messaged and did not get any response or callback. The property is already sale pending. My next steps? Im going to contact the owners of the property, let them know that they missed out and were financially damaged. Then Im going to tell the owners to file a complaint with the Arizona Department of Real Estate. Im livid. Come from a family in real estate... my dad is 80 and still teaches real estate courses to agents and brokers... still audits classes... still teaches contract law and about 40 other courses. This is such a huge oops that I think anyone and everyone should see this, they should be faced cover the losses to this seller, they should lose their license. If youre a potential seller, just think about this for a minute... what if an offer - or multiple offers - were submitted on YOUR property and nobody saw the email, nobody checked their voicemail, and higher/better offers just got lost. Something is really fishy here. Did this broker list the property low, and accept an offer from a friend or family member of theirs? Thats my guess... and if so, thats truly criminal. This not only hurts the seller, it hurts all of the community in not realizing higher sales prices per square foot. If thats the case, the damage could be in the millions of dollars in a homeowners association like the one where this property was located... think about that!

Jessica is an outstanding realtor. She really went the extra mile for me. I was searching for land before I worked with her. Ours was a difficult case since selling bare property is a different animal than a residence. Financing, showing, keeping track of those who just go look on their own, etc. make for a lot of hoops.
